Incompetent employees working night shift on Oct 6th. Remake a sandwich that had nothing but meat and cheese on it and still added everything not requested on it. This place need a serious employee training session. Also took 1hr 30mins for them to call and tell me that the first item I ordered on the app to not be available. I have reached to corporate and will be looking forward to this store manager too.

Be careful ordering online at subway not just this location but all of them. You can pay, and it not actually show up at the location you ordered from. You can then show them your receipt on your phone and the fact that the bank has released funds to the establishment and they will still say that you haven’t ordered. They will refuse service even with all of the evidence. Then have an attitude with you because of a mistake in their system. We had to reorder and spend twice the amount to fix the mistake on their end. The male Hispanic descent worker handled the interaction in a professional manner. The female Hispanic descent worker was horrible. Did not want to fix the situation, kept an attitude, and kept escalating the situation.

It used to be Subway was great, fresh, big salads. Now, the meatballs taste like fake meat, so gross now, the salads, which were 7.75 for a size you could share and get extra lettuce have now been reduced to a side salad container, but are $10-$12 each. Ours were full of bell peppers and cucumbers, buried in sauce with a tiny handful of lettuce. Our meats and cheeses were not cut at all, and the small container was only have full. In 3 years, you have gone from a go to place to a last resort. Justifying the cost on this skimpy salad is not happening. I hope mgmnt sends up this feedback to improve.

I witnessed 2 employees miss treat a customer. She the store saying I guess I don't matter. I talked with the young man and woman. They absolutely don't care this happened at 4/30/24 at 12:45 pm. I suggest that they watch the video of what happened. When I told them that the lady was upset they laughed and the guy shrugged his shoulders. Terrible service. No wonder this location has a bad reputation.

I went to this location to get dinner and I asked for 2 foot long subs as the guy was attempting to make my sandwich I asked for extra mayo he kept putting one squirt on my sandwich so I stated extra please he did it again and stated he need to get his line down so I asked him what’s his name he said “ZACK” and he continued to make my sandwiches then they where out of sweet onion I asked him could he check the back he said no and asked the next customer how can he help them and it was 3 workers in there making food. I will not be returning to this place the customer service was awful.

Every single time I've ordered online the subs are so small it's ridiculous. Avent ordered from here in near 2 years and today was one of the smallest most pathetic footlongs I've every seen. Also the churros were disgusting don't order.

The chicken sweet onion was delicious the only thing is that the bread was old. Then they run out of meatballs so my husband had to get a totally! Different sandwich and the bread tasted

I stopped by subway at 7451103rd street suite 15 Jacksonville, Florida at 5:1 pm. When I walked in I wasn't greeted at all. As I waited to place my order I observed a young lady putting her Hands in her hair then she began to put on gloves I said excuse me sweetie could you wash your hands I said to her I'm a General Manger for McDonald's for 29 year's I know policy and procedures. She then walked off mumbling rudly at me. I then asked another young lady where is your manager she replied she's off. I said thanks I'll call Corporate. As I began to place my order an older lady walked in they didn't greet her as well. She then asked were they new and they replied yes. And said I know because I come here often.I said to one of the young ladies that had her mouth pocked out to smile someone didn't wake up to see this day and some are less fortunate than we are. I said to her you don't need to wait on customers and not smile. At that time the older lady asked did I have a coupon for the sub I had purchased I said no mam I don't eat out I got this for my husband so she gave me two coupons as she was trying to pay for her sub but her card was locked so I paid for her sub which was $4 and some change. So I said thanks I'll get a refund and use the coupon. So I asked the young lady that rung my order up that I wanted a refund to use the the coupon she got on the phone to call her manager to ask how to do a refund because she didn't know how but she got no answer. I said no big deal you don't have to do that. So I asked her to ask the other two ladies did they know how they replied no the other one said she had only been there six days. I find it very unprofessional for it not to be a Manger or a Team lead in a restaurant to do this and my thoughts was wow who's taking care all the important paper etc. Then the rude young lady came out being disrespectful and unprofessional saying you started it coming in here saying something. I said yes you had your hands in your head. She then started again. I said to the others have a nice day. I will never, ever, ever, in my life purchase anything from subway and I will be contacting health department. And I will be contacting the news.
