walked in older lady made my food she was extremely rude I can tell she didn’t want to work and moved very slow she rushed me to make my sandwich didn’t even wrap it right or tight at all just rolled it in 2 papers she didn’t even cut my sandwich . won’t be returning .

Went in at 9pm. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and spicy nachos chicken. All the the vegetables we wanted were available. Shy also provided great customer service. Because of her, I will be back.

I like the Subway on 103 rd and have been a patron for many years. Lately I have noticed insufficient staff. Only one employee today ( who was very good) but a long line . It is not safe to leave only one employee in a busy establishment , particularly at rush hours . Unsafe for patrons and staff.

I went to this location to get a wrap. The lady had one but when she put the mayo on it was straight liquid that came out. She went to get more mayo and when she did she put it over the liquid. I’m like ma’am I don’t want that one can I have another. Well she went back in the back and came out saying the wraps weren’t thawed out. Me and a guy just walked out. This is ridiculous.

today I get a 6inch meal and pay $11 & I even tip…. I wasn’t paying close attention to what the bar toppings were looking like I had my child with me. Apparently you have a lot of your toppings mixed together and I found out the hard way….. I had red onions all in my sandwich in the lettuce & I don’t eat onions especially raw … I got all the way home to realize this to not be able to stomach it and I hate to drive all the way back to argue for my money back. So, I probably just won’t eat subway again I just wanna warn others if you don’t eat every topping you might get a bit of everything on your sandwich anyways .

I can’t rate the food because this is the second time I walked into this Subway and walked out without a sandwich. These young people that you all are hiring don’t want to work and don’t need jobs! Tasha argued with me because you all didn’t have the bread that I wanted and made faces at me. These kids should learn that customer service goes a long way! If you don’t like your job apply somewhere else!

I'm never going to this location again! Walked in earlier tonight and ordered a footlong sandwich, which, per the menu, the sub I ordered was supposed to have double cheese. Since Subway wants to be sneaky and have the meat and cheese covered up so customers can't see what's being put on their sandwich, the extra cheese wasn't added. I also added bacon to my sub, which was added, but I was overcharged for it! The menu in this restaurant shows to add bacon on a footlong is $2, I was charged $3. I made a complaint and got an email from someone named Elisha Lambert, store manager told me that online prices and in store prices are different. I didn't order online, I ordered when I walked into the restaurant and stood in line! Also, she didn't even acknowledge the fact that the extra cheese wasn't put on my sandwich!! Never going again
