They suck
Just got here at 9.30.pm. the only working person here is a lazy guy who says he cannot prepare the 4 subs I wanted cuz he closes at 10 and he has many othe things to do.. unbelievable !!!!!

This location is garbage. Went into order a meatball sub at 7pm. One person working there, wearing marijuana slippers says, I don’t have any meatballs warmed up, no offer to go warm some up. Acting as if they were closing soon. They don’t close until 10pm. Just horrendous service. I do not recommend this location.

We have come back to Subway because of the new $6.99 meal deal after years of not eating there because it was expensive. We went to the Mandarin Fl store today and we couldn’t get unsweetened ice tea because they don’t carry it. Do I have to bring it from home for my husband and I? We have also gone to the St John’s Fl store which is attached to a Circle K gas station. They only have a sweet tea in the soda dispenser but no unsweetened tea. Why don’t you offer it? Are all Subways like this?

Unfortunately, this place has gone in the toilet. They are ALWAYS out of product. I would understand right now, bc of storm issues, etc, but this has been going on for a long time. Exposed crack filling foam all around the menu on wall is off putting as well. Unfortunately, this is the only Subway in my area of Mandarin. I’ve been a loyal customer to this location for years but I won’t be back after this visit.

Probably the worst I've ever had. Out of half the ingredients , had to search for the chicken on the flatbread, which was so stale that it broke apart. Never again.

Stopped here today to grab some subs on the way to the beach. Dre did an excellent job building our sandwiches and taking care to wrap the footlong separately for our kids. I appreciate his kindness and attention to detail. He looked to be the only one working but he didn’t rush our order as more people came in behind us.

Sat here for 20 minutes waiting for my order to be taken and nobody greeted me. I ended up walking out. If you don’t have employees don’t open your store.

Went there looking for a tray, so I hadany questions about it. Staff did not know how to answer, they were looking at each other and they decided they needed to make a phone call. Seeing that they were clueless I decided to buy 5 subways and cut them at home, put them on a plastic tray. The food was really good. The place is way too small for the amount of people that gets there, the sun hits the glassdoor so hard in the afternoon that is impossible to see inside. The new footlong churro was very interesting but they were out.

The sub and the customer service was very good. They only have 1 diet option on fountain. Add coke zero or diet Dr pepper. I will never give 5 stars for stores with only 1 diet fountain option.

Uber Eats order - they didn’t have one of the sandwiches - no offer to add a different one or anything and told my driver they don’t refund. Absolutely the worst response and must be a one off with a bad employee.
