That was the dirtiest subway I’ve ever been too standing in line waiting to order happened to look down and seen a cockroach didn’t let it bother me went to fill my drink and the tea nozzle had slime coming out of it almost fell down due to the wet floor by the drink machine went to the bathroom and more cockroaches

So they hire turtles to do this job .. this is the most simple fast food job there is .. yet 4 people in front of me it takes them my whole lunch break just to serve the first 4. Walked out and didn't order anything.

Like many places, it all comes down to who is working at the time. I have had good experiences here, and I have had not so good experiences here. I make my decision to eat here when I see who is working. Some of the staff are amazing, friendly, and professional. One particular individual seems to just hate life, doesn't listen well, always has a "IDGAF" look on their face. I once asked them if they'd cut my sandwich into 3rds. They cut the whole sandwich in half, then one of the halves in half. So I had a half, and two 4ths.??P.S. If anyone from subway reads this, please bring back the frito chicken enchilada sandwich. Had it years ago, and it was AMAZING!
