Normally this store is great but the new staff in there today were moving in slow motion. I ended up having to leave. The store was not packed either.

Like many places, it all comes down to who is working at the time. I have had good experiences here, and I have had not so good experiences here. I make my decision to eat here when I see who is working. Some of the staff are amazing, friendly, and professional. One particular individual seems to just hate life, doesn't listen well, always has a "IDGAF" look on their face. I once asked them if they'd cut my sandwich into 3rds. They cut the whole sandwich in half, then one of the halves in half. So I had a half, and two 4ths.??P.S. If anyone from subway reads this, please bring back the frito chicken enchilada sandwich. Had it years ago, and it was AMAZING!

The amount of bad experiences I've had at this specific location is absurd but today was totally different all because of Tessa!! She immediately greeted us when we walked in the door, was kind and talkative and truly has a "customer first" mindset. I hope she's working every time we go!

General manager was super rude, kicked this woman out because she had a service dog and said that dogs were not allowed. You cannot kick service dogs out of anywhere I believe it’s a federal law. I am also in food service and have been told multiple times your are not allowed to question, but overall she was just really rude to this lady to the point I wanted to go up and apologize to her I felt horrible. She was extremely unprofessional in this situation and even talked with me and my boyfriend and this other woman in there about it after she left and said that she’s the general manager so what she says goes which isn’t necessarily the case.
