Love the over night employees. They always take care of me when I get off late night and am starving, there’s not many other options for a late night bite. But god forbid they’re running late because the night shift worker will leave the door unlocked with the open sign visibly turned on, 24hours posted and tell me she doesn’t know how I even got inside because they are closed.

I had an excellent visit here. The best I've ever had at a Subway I think.2pm, Thurs Aug 31.There were 5! staff members working together like a well rehearsed team.1 was getting the bread and meat,Next was; cheese & rotating subs in and out of the 2 ovens.Next was; veggiesNext; Sauce and quality checkFinally the register (and up-seller).Not a single person was standing still.There were about 12 customers in line when I walked in, but I was only in line for less than 3 minutes. -No joke.- 3 minutes. From walking in, to sub in my hand.Everyone (staff) was pleasant, the store clean, and the food good.I'm very impressed. All subways could learn from this group of individuals here today! (I think even NASCAR pit-crews would be impressed heh)

NEVER will I go here again! The guy burnt my sub on purpose and laughed about it (had to remake) and took 15min just to get the sub in the toaster! He acted like he didn’t hear anything I was telling him so it looked like I was shouting what I wanted on my sub! Don’t go here!

4 employees working, one helping another customer. Manager just standing around chit chatting, another employee testing food temperature, no eye contact made, stood for 5 solid minutes and just gave up. Pretty sad because my daughter is car sick and needed a hearty sandwich. Will def choose a different sandwich place from now on, which is terrible because she loved Subway.

This subway is easily the worst subway ive ever been to. They were out of onions & spinach. Out of every single soft drink in the machine. The workers were half awake. I normally wouldn’t take the time to write a negative review about fast food but as an ex subway employee jesus this place is sad.
Some ladies that work here are lazy. They lock the door early before closing time. If you don’t want to work.. why work here?

I asked for an Italian BMT, black lady says "wErE oUt Of HaM" at 2pm mind you.. So I asked could you just double up on the other 2? "We can't substitute it sir" so I just walked out. They aren't wearing hair nets or masks anyway. I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere.

I came in with my sister and they were very pushy from the start asking many times what we wanted like we were looking at the menu, as we’re both vegetarians we were looking for a veggie option and this guy told me they had veggie patties so I asked for a regular sub with a veggie patty and they didn’t even have them ready I was left waiting like 5 mins for him to come out of the back saying the veggie patties were frozen but I was in a rush so I told him I’d get #7 and that I didn’t mind the chicken, they still made me wait a couple more minutes before starting to make my sub and then I see there’s something wrong, avocado, they didn’t have the avocado ready neither so this guy goes to the back to look for it and I’m still waiting… it’s subway, lunch time HOW ARE YOU NOT GONNA HAVE THE AVOCADO READY?? I get the veggie patties but the avocado, seriously? I ended up standing there for about 15 minutes just for one single sub and it wasn’t even busy. Both the black guy and the black girl were very nice though it’s just that the fact they made me wait because they were not ready annoyed me.

They need to be trained on how to deal with ADHD kids and at least try to fake they like there job.. When you work in the public you are going to have to deal with all types of people, I see all kinds of reactions since we shop often this one stands out. food was alright....somehow I selected a Jacksonville location,I'll try to edit that..it wasn't in Jacksonville..
