Attempted to order from here. I wanted to get a toasted flatbread, traditionally not an issue as I have ordered this way for years. Employee said that she can't possibly do it and that the flatbread would crack... either the flatbread is stale enough to crack or she didn't want to make it (as this has NEVER been an issue prior). To Jimmy Johns we go.

This is a terrible subway. They need new management. The sandwiches are not made the way they’re ordered and the churros are old and stale. Do better. Go to a different sandwich shop if you’re in this area.

I went in today for lunch. The place was clean. The sandwich artist was sweet and paid attention to my special request. The place has really made a good turn over.
While the teenage boy making the sandwich was very polite, the franchise owner was extremely rude!! When I tipped 10% on a $9 sandwich, he looked at my 20 year old daughter and asked me arrogantly "if my granddaughter gave me a lot of trouble". For context, I'm 50 and have attached a recent pic of us. I don't think I look like her grandmother!?!! I replied that I thought his comment was rude and I would not be giving the store a good rating, to which he responded "doesn't matter, I own the place". I regret spending 1 cent of my $ in his establishment to support his horrible demeanor towards paying customers.
I would highly encourage you to skip this establishment!!

ZERO rating!! Never in the last 16 years I have seen such a rude staff.. they literally took my sandwich away and and asked me to walk out of the store.. just because I took a minute to open my phone to show them an order detail. Upon asking for refund they wanted me to deal with corporate and he walks inside in to the kitchen area. this store needs some serious make over or let this staff leave and train proper well behaved people..

So I only ever give positive reviews!!! I would never give negative and just call location to see if things can be resolved! I read the last review and it pictured there sub pretty much empty and I thought… maybe they misread the order!? NOPE!!!!! I ordered turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper, onion and EXTRA pickles (cut into 3 pieces). Ummm there’s not even 1 onion on here, zero tomatoes, 3 tiny pieces of pepper and the bottom of iceberg that should be thrown away!!! And when I walked in just now…. NOT A SOLE IN SIGHT!!!!! Ummmm this is more than disappointing I find this wrong, rude and all around poor service without a care to peoples orders!!!! TRAINING NEEDED ASAP!!!!!!! Oh and I ordered 2 foot longs… can’t wait to see if maybe my pickles went in there and that’s where they went ???

We stopped here for a quick bite and the employees were so rude to the people in front of us and a gentlemen that walked in with dirt on his boots. One guy literally told the man he couldn’t come in. The man was working and trying to stop for a lunch break. The people in front of us took a bit to order and couldn’t figure out the drink dispenser. The guy checking us out got frustrated with them asking questions and was extremely rude. This location definitely needs extra training, if not new people!

Beware this one of the worst locations in Jacksonville. The supervisor is rude and the customer service there is garbage. She will threaten to call the cops if you park in front of the store even if your ordering food. Aside from that it is a public parking and there is no signage saying you can not park there. Also the food is subpar and bland.
