We stopped here for a quick bite and the employees were so rude to the people in front of us and a gentlemen that walked in with dirt on his boots. One guy literally told the man he couldn’t come in. The man was working and trying to stop for a lunch break. The people in front of us took a bit to order and couldn’t figure out the drink dispenser. The guy checking us out got frustrated with them asking questions and was extremely rude. This location definitely needs extra training, if not new people!

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered 3 foot longs and a 6" at 9pm after leaving hitting lessons with a few of my kids. I showed up at 9:20 to an empty shop and no order to pick up. So I looked in my app and it said it was canceled. I heard someone in the back so I asked I said excuse me hoping for someone to come out front. The employee emerged annoyed to see me and said he had no bread. I asked if they were still open since the sign was on and the door says 10. He said yes. I asked how they could be open if they don't have bread for sandwiches and was told I was rude and to verbatim " Fuck off bitch" If I didn't have kids with me I would made a scene but the employee was clearly out of his mind on some sort of drug or alcohol. Avoid at all costs... this place needs to be shut down.

Could not tell you about the food, we never got it. After ordering on Doordash at 8pm, 30 min later we get a text saying "We are out of meatballs" so my wife's sandwich is not coming, and we cant add another one. The website said they are making the other 2 sandwiches, then they say ready for pick up and dasher is on the way. After 45 minutes ( the store is 10 min away) and 2 dashers bleep blooping all over the map, at 8:50 pm were told our order has been canceled due to store closing. Our dasher was in the parking lot, having just pulled in. I called the subway to ask wtf was going on, and of course no answer. Haven't had subway in 20 years and decided to give them another chance tonight. Welp see ya in another 20 years, well see then if ya finally got ya shit together.

Beware this one of the worst locations in Jacksonville. The supervisor is rude and the customer service there is garbage. She will threaten to call the cops if you park in front of the store even if your ordering food. Aside from that it is a public parking and there is no signage saying you can not park there. Also the food is subpar and bland.

Not at all impressed with the bleach blonde haired Mgr. Rude to my wife as we went into the store for an online order we placed. Steer clear of this location, there are are other locations nearby with friendlier workers

Stopped by today at 12:30 to get a sub. I asked about the sub called the meats bc I wanted pepperoni and turkey. There were teens working who had a don't give a shi* attitude and bad customer service. Seen this sub had 4 meats capacola, ham, pepperoni, and salami. I like salami so asked could I swap the capacola for more pepperoni and the ham for turkey. No, we can't do that so I said I want something that has turkey and peperoniand 2 meats costed more than a sub with 4 meats on it. Make that make sense I won't be back.

Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else. I haven't been here in years, and I was quickly reminded why. I uploaded the photo of my philly. I opened it thinking they forgot to put the meat inside bc it just left like a load of bread it was so light. Sure enough, about 3 ounces of meat spread across my bread. Photos uploaded.

I ordered online and was greatly disappointed. The subs were cold to the touch despite stating toasted, overall the instructions for each sandwich was not done correctly. Normally I never write bad reviews, but unfortunately today is the day.

Ordered three subs for dinner tonight 10may23 and all subs ingredients were either missing or mixed up on the wrong sandwiches making all the subs inedible. Doordash only refunded $10 when each sandwich cost $12 or more. Highly disappointed in this subway location for its lack of care and attention to detail for their customers food.
