When ordering the buy one get the other for one dollar they use stale hard day old bread and even after contacting them about the nasty food they do nothing, not even an apology. I guess they have plenty of money and don’t care about losing customers. Stay away from this location unless you want a sandwich you can’t chew.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this location—the first bad one I’ve ever had here. Upon entering, I asked the owner if the “Buy One Footlong, Get One for $1” deal was valid in-store. He told me it might work online but definitely not in the store. So, I placed my order online to use the deal, and while my order went through, the owner hadn’t even started on it after I’d been waiting inside for about 15 minutes.
Then, another customer walks in, and the owner immediately starts making their order before mine. When he finally got around to my sandwiches, he made them completely wrong—both needed extra mayo, but he put all the toppings down first, then slathered condiments on top, insisting he had to follow the sequence on the ticket. Newsflash: traditional sandwich etiquette means condiments go under the toppings, not drowned on top. When I politely pointed this out, he argued with me, the paying customer, over how I wanted my sandwich made.
If this is the standard at this Subway, count me out—I won’t be coming back to any of their locations.

maybe if you guys treated service workers with respect, they’d make your food with respect. This is by far the best subway sandwich I’ve ever ever had. Definitely made with love not much communication but other than getting to the order and getting me out as soon as possible cookies were soft. Sub was absolutely delicious. Maybe if people spoke up they’d get what they actually want. These people are amazing at their job and deserve unlimited abundance.

Probably the worst sub I’ve ever eaten in my life!!! Condiment overload… the chicken looks like my 3 year old chewed it up real good and spit it out on my sub… and the bread was so stale! Please do better

We have been here a few times and the restaurant has been very clean. Gabriel does a great job serving his customers and makes our sandwiches perfect every time . My kids also like the fresh cookies !

I will never go back to this location as of yesterday. I ordered a chicken teriyaki footlong and that's the only thing I ate yesterday now I'm at the doctor's with food poison I will never recommend this sub way at all. I use too work for subway and I know that's unacceptable for a customer to get sick from the food. Check the date on yalls inventory because yall are serving bad food

The bathroom had poop on it the guy took a long time on my order and was rude this will be my last time here
Sorry staff. Employee decides to make me wait while he makes multiple online orders. He doesn't try to speed up or even find a stopping. Just be an online store if that's your priority.
Very friendly workers. I went here everyday for lunch when I worked across the street and I appreciate their kindness and hospitality.

So glad to see that this location is under new ownership! I quit going over a year ago, as the store was always filthy, drink machine never worked, you could NOT use coupons .... etc. HOWEVER today I gave it another try and WOW!! Brett was amazing! thank you Sir my sub was GREAT! I asked if by chance they were under New ownership just based on the way the way the store appeared alone when I walked in as it was CLEAN and the customer service was Amazing! Give them another shot if you were like me and quit going!! Also they are set to do a remodel on the store so that is definitely going to help the atmosphere! KEEP IT UP!! I am so happy:-)
