Great place to quickly get your food. My sub was great- however it is like most subways. Standard seating, little ambience, and just your typical fast food place. Staff was friendly & food turned out good!

I place an online order for pickup an #18Ultimate B.M.T. Combo and upon picking up my meal, I noticed the store looked amazingly clean inside and the employees inside were very pleasant. I picked up my meal wish them a great night and went home…. Once I bit into my sandwich the crunch the flavor everything was just right as if I was standing instructing then on how I like my sandwich…. Thank you Ladies - your collective work in the appearance/Atmosphere of the store, the representation of yourselves and the quality of the product - I don’t know which one to thank more so I’m thanking you both!!

T.T. is awesome and I go there frequently just to talk to her. Idk what she makes but i think she deserves a raise. The food is good and the only issue I've had is some mildly stale bread. Even before the remodel (currently in progress) the restaurant was pretty clean.

i don’t review often but the 2 girls who were working tonight made me feel like such an inconvenience for coming in. not to mention speaking about me rudely while i ate in the front and heard every word (i ordered pickup but then wanted to pay for my drink and chips in person bc online wouldn’t let me so i stood at the front waiting for them to check me out and apparently that was so rude of me). food was fine. but service was not very good. i get ranting abt people to coworkers…just make sure others aren’t in there please.

The supposed owner Donavan adams seems to have a power trip and refused me service twice. The first time it was for telling him he was rude and had poor manners. The second time it was because I asked to be checked out before he made other people’s sandwich who were in line behind me. Seriously suggest a reevaluation of the general manager as he will make you lose all your customers treating people how rudely he does.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I do door dash as a side hustle and got a order to this subway (i've never been to this location) i accepted it as usual and when i arrived the "open" sign was turned off as well which i questioned if they where even open but i proceeded...When i walked in a young girl walked out of the back and i proceeded to NICELY tell her i have a door dash pick up order...Well this young girl told me "cancel the order" multiple times and i asked her why (concerned, but with respect) she proceeded to tell me "i'm not making it because i'm the only one back here so i don't have too" I told her there was no need for that and asked her confused "what should i do" with no response i proceeded to walk away..this girl came around from the back and started cussing me out screaming at me to leave and took her phone out calling 911, as i'm walking out giving her some "advice" she pushed me out the door and slammed the door locked...Very interesting night y'all, please don't go here. She will be fired.
The sandwiches have changed and a double meat is way less than it use to be and bread was tough, not fresh. Plus they show a time of 10pm as their hours to close but turned off the open sign at 905pm and had already thrown out the tea and had mopped while I was there. Not friendly personnel either. Not that this review will make a difference, I sat there and read other reviews and the overall rating. Obviously the owner either doesn't listen or doesn't care. You'd think Corp subway would monitor these types of things for the franchise.

The customer service at this location is horrible!! I placed 2 online orders here. Picked them up and got home and one of the orders was wrong and also missing the chips. I called and spoke to an employee who said to come back and he would make it for free. Told him I was not able to come back that night so he said come back when he is working and he would take care of it. Stopped by today to pick up the free sub. Called before I went to make sure he was there. Told him I would be there shortly to pick it up. Placed another online order there as well to same some time. When I got there for the free sub he and some girl with a bad attitude told me they can't do the free sub. They both said I should have came back in the same day and brought the other sub. That is NOT what he originally told me when I called him and told him they gave me the wrong sub. He should have said if you don't come back today I can't remake the sub. They should have told me that the day I called them. They also should have said something today when I called them letting them know I would be in to pick it up. They were so RUDE to me and treated me like I was lying and just wanted a few sub. I took the online order I had placed earlier off their to go rack and the girl yelled at me "Is that your sub" like I was stealing it!! I could not believe how horribly they treated me!! Like I was nothing more than a liar and theif!! I will never order or step foot in this subway again. I will go to another subway were they value and treat their customers with respect!!

I have been going to this Subway for one month. This Subway is a typical store that you could find anywhere. There is a woman working at this Subway that I am really writing the review about. Her name is T.T. and she really operates this Subway efficiently. She knows exactly what to do to run the store, direct the other employees, and serve the customers fast. She is very diligent about serving the customers fast. When a customer comes in, she will take the time to make the order as directed, but being efficient, she won't spend too much time waiting for the customer to decide what he/she wants. After all, it's a sandwich, not a new car. I call her "The Sub Boss".

This place takes Subway coupons. I got three subs from here, and they labeled my subs so that I did not get them mixed up. The subs were delicious and nutritious. I never feel bad about eating here. When I can afford it I know it is always a healthy choice.
