I had a terrible experience. Unfortunately there’s a very unprofessional “woman” working there who appears to be on hard drugs. Her customer service was awful and she was very hostile. Upon calling the manager he was defensive as well and they offered no apology or remorse. So much for the customer is always right. Not at this subway!

The order on the app didn’t go through but the app said it did. after we got to subway the employee was rude and didn’t take time to help us understand the situation. Upon speaking with a supervisor he defended her blindly without seeing our perspective. All around very unprofessional.

Try to go in before closing time but the guy told me they where closed. It wasn’t 11 pm yet and they just had a couple they where taking care off. They where chitchatting with the customer already in and I guess decided to just not do anymore customer. I went in for a simple cold sandwich only and the store wasn’t closed yet. First and only try for me here. I rather stay with the Mayport one.

So my wonderful son had a great experience at this Monument location as he was determined to get my subway after the awful last subway place kept my sandwich when they couldn't take a $20 cash payment. It was fresh and tasty and no employee attitudes except helpful!Vegetarian options: Plant based choices

Never again. I should’ve drove to another store-I’m mad that everywhere else was closed. Everything about the food is nasty. Plus them not participating in specials other stores got going on-like the $7 deal is a big no.

I watched a video on YouTube about subway and it made me think of the old days, so I thought what the heck and tried it again and did it doing the pickup online. It was so gross, the two chicken subs just tasted bad and had a very unpleasant texture. I remember why I haven’t eaten here in years. I will say though that I got a medium 6in combo and 2 separate 6in subs a La carte and it was only 22 bucks. Not too bad in todays inflation. Sorry subway, you are just not it anymore. If I had nowhere else to eat of course I would eat it but it would have to be just the veggie sub ?. 2 stars for pleasant staff.

Ordered two separate 6inch subs one tuna one turkey ... Got home and they are both tuna. Charged extra for turkey. No one answers the phone their called 9 times phone just keeps ringing. I want my money back

I don't care what anyone says, but the quality of Subway sandwiches has increased drastically in the last year. I got the Subway Club, added bacon, and it was f@#$in delicious. Employees were great and very professional.

Our artist literally made all our sandwiches look like an advertisement. They were beautiful. Great sense of humor, great people skills. I can see him going far in life.
