The problem I had was they didn’t have an ingredient for my sub. They aren’t allowed to fulfill an online order if they’re out of an ingredient. But refusing to replace my “boss” sub with a “pizza sub” which is the same sub minus the ingredient they were out of, is mind boggling. The app doesn’t have a refund option. So what am I to do? The sandwich makers gave the best customer service possible without a manager present. But the manager when called should’ve made it right instead of me the customer having to teach their employees how to do it.

Rude service, didn’t contact me that they didn’t make my order, refused refund, wouldn’t tell me how to get a refund on the app like they told me to. And wouldn’t make me something without charging me more. I asked why they didn’t contact me, she said “that’s not my job”. They actually took my money, refused a refund, and waited until I got there to tell me “that’s not my job”. Horrible service and will never eat here again, and wasted my money

The manager on duty was extremely rude and made our food wrong. When I went to complain they would not provide me with the Regionals number. I went and immediately emailed Subway and it took days to respond. When they did finally respond the message was generic and Unapologetic and did not even offer to fix the $40 worth of sandwiches that were ruined. I hate that this is the closest one to me but until they do right I will not be going and I suggest you don't either.

Do not waste $$ on new Churro or Pretzel ! Did not try foot long cookie though. Churro just barely covered with Cinnamon & Sugar and left taste of odd tasting dough. I warmed up Pretzel and it was soft enough, but again, not enough salt. Was not worth $$. If available, get a sample taste and see for yourself before wasting money. ?

Jamari did an excellent job in light of his ONE coworker being taken in an ambulance and a lobby FULL of customers. Not to mention the online orders. This man deserves a raise and a medal. As a veteran food service manager, I applaud him on his determination, kindness, and quality. MUCH DESERVED.

I have placed 2 online orders here. They never follow the instructions. If I order extra of something, it is never on the sub. If I order from here, it has to be in person so I can watch them. I won’t be coming here again. I’ll go to a different one.

We go to the one in O.P. They have the freshest vegetables, their meat is always cold and they never complain when you ask for extra, extra veggies like me lol. Service is good. This store is a bit further out but it’s worth the extra drive time.
