No beard guard that I saw on man. Young lady rude attitude almost to nasty like I was taking her time. No tomatoes No pickles no olives. No wonder publix sandwichs are booming down the street I won't be back.

I walked in, did not even get greeted and immediately told “your gonna have to wait we have a large online order” there are 4 people working, you think a customer walking into the business would take precedent for at least 1 of the employees. No other customers in the store and I see why. The Manager seems to be on a power trip.

Why is this Subway closed almost 90 minutes before they're actually closing time I went there at 8:30 tonight and lights off and door is locked why apparently they didn't want to make some money tonight whatever I went to Publix instead

I used to work at Subway. We always went out of our way for customers because we wanted people to come in. Fresh food and showing people the sandwich as you made it was the ultimate cool thing about Subway. What happened Subway? I used to work till 1:00 in the morning making Sandwiches. I would spend a few days and encourage them. Disappointed.

Highly disappointed. We are a traveling football team and we come to this location every year. I called ahead of time to place an order and they refused service. I was told I have to order 24hrs ahead of time and the bread they had was for a catering order for the NEXT mornings order. You had three workers present and two were on their personal cell phones before I even walked into the store. No greetings when we walked in. I just heard some one needs to clock out and another stated lock the door I’m ready to go home.

It's sad when a teen stafe, try to ignore exactly what you ordered(in person). Then close the store before it's closed. I'll wait... I'm from Northside, Duval County... these suburban kids, don't need to work in this atmosphere. Since they gangsta, let em work off Golfair.
Went in today and grabbed a tuna sub for dinner! Ordered in the app and it was ready more than 10 minutes early! Very professional and friendly staff. And to put a cherry on top one staff members made me laugh on the way out! 10 out of 10

Just had to walk out of this location and go to the one on Normandy instead. While deciding on my order the black girl making the sandwiches was eating a meal on the line which was no major concern to me until she began licking her fingers before placing gloves on, without washing her hands ?. While asking me my order she proceeds to wipe her nose with her hands in the gloves ready to prepare my sandwich. I asked her to change gloves - which she did however her and the white girl kept giggling back and forth, I could not see what was being done to my food so I just left instead of trying to teach them how to do their bare minimum job. SMH this place is a disgrace, the employees on tonight’s shift 7/5/2024 definitely need ADULT supervision and a visit from the health department!

This Subway may have changed ownership and was not as good as it used to be. The food preparation area is now blocked from view, so you can't see if you are getting what you ordered. I asked for white bread, and when I got home, I discovered that I didn't get it. We asked for one of the sandwiches to be toasted, and we were told they don't toast that type of sandwich. In the past, it was always toasted.
