It's sad when a teen stafe, try to ignore exactly what you ordered(in person). Then close the store before it's closed. I'll wait... I'm from Northside, Duval County... these suburban kids, don't need to work in this atmosphere. Since they gangsta, let em work off Golfair.

Went in today and grabbed a tuna sub for dinner! Ordered in the app and it was ready more than 10 minutes early! Very professional and friendly staff. And to put a cherry on top one staff members made me laugh on the way out! 10 out of 10

Just had to walk out of this location and go to the one on Normandy instead. While deciding on my order the black girl making the sandwiches was eating a meal on the line which was no major concern to me until she began licking her fingers before placing gloves on, without washing her hands ?. While asking me my order she proceeds to wipe her nose with her hands in the gloves ready to prepare my sandwich. I asked her to change gloves - which she did however her and the white girl kept giggling back and forth, I could not see what was being done to my food so I just left instead of trying to teach them how to do their bare minimum job. SMH this place is a disgrace, the employees on tonight’s shift 7/5/2024 definitely need ADULT supervision and a visit from the health department!

This Subway may have changed ownership and was not as good as it used to be. The food preparation area is now blocked from view, so you can't see if you are getting what you ordered. I asked for white bread, and when I got home, I discovered that I didn't get it. We asked for one of the sandwiches to be toasted, and we were told they don't toast that type of sandwich. In the past, it was always toasted.

Waited in line to place my order three people ahead of me two girls working behind the counter one girl starting a sandwiches while the other one goes back and forth from the register to put in on your toppings same gloves the whole time I'm all set

I ordered on line and the paper prints out everything we want and what we want on it, we’ll come to find out the people working there didn’t go to school to learn how to read so they ruined my sons sub by putting honey mustard on it! And when he went in to pick them up they was playing the guessing game instead of learning how to read and messed up two subs! And I know subway can have someone deliver it and they would not do so. So I told the fat girl on the phone to you know what and hung up, point of the story don’t order online at this location or don’t go in and get anything they don’t know how to read or get anything right! And mind you I’ve ordered the same subs online several times and this never happened they just forget to put cheese or mustard on it sometimes! DO NOT ORDER OR BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!

The short Caucasian girl with glasses needs to be FIRED ASAP. I’ve never actually witnessed an employee getting upset because customers were still coming to the store 40 minutes before closing. You’re still open! I don’t understand people. Without customers you don’t have a job. Unbelievable! Her attitude and showing her frustration in front of the customers was very unprofessional. I don’t know her name but she worked on Wednesday night before closing. (4/17/24) I almost walked out and left the sandwich. That’s how uncomfortable she made me feel for not coming before 9:15pm. SMH

You have to go through the line and pay before they will let you use the restroom to wash your hands. The key is on a cup you have to carry, and they handle this cup with the SAME GLOVES they make your food with. GROSS.

It would be easier to rob a bank than pickup the sandwich I placed a mobile order for. I get people walking in and taking someone else’s food but when I’m showing you my order and that it was supposed to be ready and you only have one sandwich ready, it should not be that difficult to connect the dots.
