I come in at night normally everyone is nice but 1 guy i think he is the owner never puts very much on your sandwich if you asked for extra onions he gives you 2 or 3 . I don't want a bread sandwich thank you please put some veggies on the sandwiches and yall would be 5 star

We were eating here everyday well at least at Subway we were eating everyday moved over to this side of town started going to the subway and I get off work at a different time and I had a quick coming up here because the food was horrible every time I would come it would be cold they had no sweet tea every time I would have to stand there and wait while the employees acted like they were drunk or over there laughing and having a good time while I was just standing there waiting!! I'm really disappointed I really love Subway I wish I could still go there but wasting $30 every day I'm just not going to do it!! And they would have sweet tea they just didn't want to make it anymore even though it was an hour and a half to two hours before they closed I wish this could get fixed but I tried asking for the manager and the guy just was acting like he was drunk and he said the manager is not in I tried for days to get a hold of the manager and I could never get a hold of the manager to get my order remade or get my money back so I finally through the food away and gave up. Either the managers/owner was avoiding me or the people didn't want to get in trouble so they kept lying

Horrible business owners. I was parked and the owner aggressively approached my car stating I couldn’t park in the empty parking lot behind my job. Never seen the parking lot full. She called my job threatening to tow my car. She didn’t ask nicely at all, just a lot of yelling.
What makes it offensive is I’m a paying customer as well. I spend my money at that is location for my lunch as well as my co workers. She is known for this. Once everyone got ear of what happened; multiple stories came out about their negative experiences with this same individual. For her to be so rude and disgusting over a parking space is crazy. Mind you there’s no signs stating it’s private parking or a tow away zone. I’ve never seen more than 1 car parked on the BACK side of this building. Thank you for exposing how you treat your customers. There’s more I could say about what I’ve observed pertaining this business but I’m not that type of person so instead, I just won’t return.

I think they should hire trained staff to provide good customer service. The girl who was here today with red hair and glasses seemed annoyed and didn't provide good customer service. She wouldn't make me some Doritos, and she was upset when I asked her to give me toasted bread.

The ghetto behavior I experienced tonight from this worker was ridiculous, all because she put Mayo on a sandwich which didn’t belong. This is her second time slathering my sandwich in mayo, when mayo wasn’t ordered. I actually ordered an Uber eats, and had to come in to get my order corrected. What a waste.

Tommy made us the absolute best subway sandwich my husband and I have ever had! The quality everything was exceptional and he is truly a sandwich artist MASTER! we will definitely be back. DO NOT RECCOMEND Put in order early in day in app to be ready 430 pm (done this hundreds of times at subways everywhere) arrive at 445 order ,NOT READY employee fixing orders people in line leaving before me got to my at 5 pm horrible service will not return
