The employees at this Subway are not customer friendly at all. They are rude !! Its a very nice restaurant but they need new help. I will not and I know alot of other people that will not go in there to eat anymore. Terrible service !!

We made a quick stop for lunch. All around terrible experience. Did not put any sauce on the pizza sub, no extra pepperoni like she was asked to do. Just assumed the cheese for our chicken teriyaki sub and put the wrong cheeses on it.
Bread was too hard/over cooked.
They had the metal tops put up vs glass so you could not see them making the food, therefore we did not know all was wrong until it was too late.
They did not give a receipt! I have tried to call several times. Being on lunch there was no time to go all the way back to have it corrected.
They have updated the place but that does no good if you can't get quality food and employees! Very disappointed and will most likely not be back, we will drive to another location for lunch.

The person was unable to refund me my money for an item I already paid for because I ordered through the app. Told me to call corporate instead of helping me.

Ordered the $14 garlic roast beef footlong.. cane with one slice of roast beef on each half, and they weren't even whole slices, only covered about 75 percent of the bread

I was extremely disappointed and disgusted with the experience I had at this subway. Not only did I find hair in my sub after I got home, but when I tried to contact the store manager (Amy Newman), the number would just ring and then hang up. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of concern for the customer's satisfaction is unacceptable and I will never be returning to this subway location again.

Went to the subway quite often. The last Eight months or so their computers were down at least three times and they would not take a card. Did not have enough cash on me. They need to get this fixed. It is ridiculous. Will not go to this store anymore!
Not sure if she is the store manager Amy or not but she is very rude unprofessional don’t believe the card Machine was down cause she was very pissed off when we walk out and came back with cash money to order.She rush you to order because she was cleaning and putting everything away for the night which was only 6:40pm and told me for my sub I’m only allowed to have 3 black olives for my 6in which is the only topping I ask for along with the meat that came with the sub I even offer to pay for more I pissed her off even more when i ask.So me and my husband left and went down the road to new kings location I had the two guys fix my sub and before I can even tell them anything the customer before me was ask ma’am is this enough of pickles for you that answer my question.Last but not least I will not return to this Location I have reach out and communicating with corporate.

Amy the new manager is fantastic. The food was very fresh and the sandwich artist took pride in making my sandwich. The store looks better than it has been in the past. Very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back.

Decided to give this place another try because they had a banner reading "Under New Management". I was shocked to see the overall improvement in this store.
The new Manager is Subway Pro for real. She is very by the book, no nonsense and super fast but apparently she was brought in from another state to clean the store up(Subway Pro for real).
I will be back again.

They have remodeled and there is a "Under New Management" banner outside 4/23/24.There is a new management team that seems to be Subway Pro's. They were fast & on it. Food looked super fresh. Place looked a lot cleaner.
