I am canadian visiting the town of Jacksonville. The staff working (Carlos) was extremely kind and welcoming to my family and provised excelent service. Food was delicious! Thanks for the great American subway experience. I will be returning.

Carlos was very friendly and welcoming. He greeted me when I walked in . He open my eyes up to trying new things. I will definitely be back and I'm going to ask for him by name. I will remember him because of those beautiful blue eyes. I really appreciate his customer service and his kind spirit.
