Shane was the nicest and most respectable Subway worker that I’ve ever encountered. He acknowledges you as soon as you walk in, works efficiently, and genuinely looks happy to be there.

Every year or so I try ordering from this location, hoping that I will get a sandwich as I ordered it. Again today, nope. I loath mayo. I make it a point to remove it from my sandwich order. So what is the ONE extra item added to my sandwich... mayo. AGAIN. I give. And not a little either. Dripping through wrap.

I love coming to this location but today the customer service was not good. This my first time seeing the dark skin lady working there. She caught an attitude with me when I requested a food item and didn’t have a pleasant look on her face. The guy that was working with her was nice to me. My bread was not good it was hard. I couldn’t enjoy my sub today 😪.

Did a mobile order. My sub was made incorrectly, from the bread to the meat and condiments was wrong. They closed at 8, by the time I got home and sat down when i realized. Food was ok but bummed it wasn't what I ordered.

The only problem that I've had is the lack of workers during peak hours.

Placed a delivery order and NEVER received it. The number that they told me to call for “help” from the email was disconnected, and then when I tried to call the store after googling it, no one would answer. I called FIVE TIMES. I even tried finding a customer support or corporate number, but apparently there is none. Tried calling DoorDash directly, but was no help being that it wasn’t placed through DoorDash. I guess I’m gonna have to go through my bank to get my money back for food that I never received because this business is so unprofessional.
The MOST RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET! I went in today to buy a $12 ham sandwich and the young lady pictured below was VERY RUDE. I walked in and said hello. She looked over at me and let out a loud sigh and rolled her eyes. I brush it off. So she then walks over, rolled her eyes AGAIN and says bread in the ugliest way possible. I ask her to cancel my online order (which she didn’t even start making yet). To which she exclaims she is unable to. I will not be back to this location ever again.

Nobody in the store answers the phone. Confirmed my delivery order then wrote on the receipt that one item in particular was out. Why did no one reach out? Piss poor service from this location.
