I found a large amount of black mold on my ice. I asked the manager Brandon Wolfe to put an out of order sign on the machine, he told me that I was uneducated and aggressively threatened to call the police in me. My only request was to shut the machine down so no one would get sick. The aggressive manager was Brandon Wolfe. BEWARE of the drink machine in the dining area!! I have a video of the incident in TikTok. Search TemuLynnCodes4Codes to see the mold in the drink. It's disgusting that I was treated that way for simply bringing attention to a public health issue. I shouldn't have to fight to protect Subway customers. That's his job!

I really like this Subway ,they are clean,friendly and takes the coupons I receive by mail. I live off 103rd St. In the Westside and have one 5 minutes away from me but they are not friendly and do not take coupons. I will travel to the this oneParking: They have parking but shared with a gas station

A & R Concrete Cutting

This location has the worst customer service. I ordered online and when I received my Subs they lacked meat and didn't include the ingredient's I requested via online. So I'm assuming it's because I didn't order in person because I've never have had this problem before at any other location.

I only received my sandwiches in my delivery even though I bought a drink, cookie, and chips. This location routinely misses at least half of my order, so I remind them in the special instructions not to forget my side items. Still, I am missing over half of the items I paid for this time and I am extremely disappointed because this happens so regularly and they never improve. I tried calling the store 5 times but they don't pick up the phone. I don't have a car, how far do I have to go to fix their careless mistakes?

My expectations were very low based off past experiences with Subway, but I was pleasantly surprised to get fresh food and the sandwich artist (same young lady) done a great job both visits! Subway give her a raise!
