The new owners/operators of this location are not using Sunway ingredients or even following safe food practices. I'm saying this as someone who has eaten at Subways not just all over the US, but on 4 continents, and I can vouch for how consistent their products are all over the world. The 1st time I went after management change, the food was barely edible, but they were new, so I waited a few months and tried again. The sweet onion teriyaki sauce is some off brand that is not even the same color as the correct Subway sauce, they are only making 2 varieties of bread, and most of the veggies looked like they were going bad, the bell peppers in particular were turning brown. I tried, I really did, but both sandwiches went into the garbage. They were disgusting. Subway needs to reclaim this franchise.

This was NOT what we ordered!!! All 3 subs were WRONG - wrong in every respect including substituting cheaper priced sandwiches than what were ordered. We ordered from Subway due to after dinner plans and didn’t have the time to return them for correction. This in no way excuses their screwup. We’ve ordered from this location many times in the past (even when they weren’t accepting Subway coupons like today’s order) but an error this serious means we’re done with this location. I doubt the owner cares about losing 1 more customer, though!!!!! We’ll either use the other Merrill Rd. location or the Regency location from now on. Thanks for screwing up what would have been plans for an enjoyable evening.

Don't bother with Doordash orders, they'll charge you full price for ingredients they don't have and blame it on Doordash. They'll not give you a refund.

I do my evening runs to this location twice a week and i am greeted with superior service and very welcoming atmosphere! This location is nailing it in the department of costumer service and they make an effort to get to know their consumers. Id suggest these guys to anyone!

This location is owned and operated by a husband and wife team. On a few occasions, they have refused to accept Subway coupons. They agreed to accept them for a veggie sub or cold cut sub only. With the current commercials running in Jax market area for 6.99 for any foot-long subs, this location will not even accept that promotion. In an effort to maximize profits, they go very light on the meats and load up on condiments.

The store is clean and the condiments are fresh...it's too bad these owners are not customer friendly.

Sorry to break the bad news, but the new owners of this subway is trying to bleed it dry. husband and wife team worked there possibly the owners. The veggies was old the bread as well. Subway says eat fresh this new owner is bringing the company down!!! I will never never return .

This location seems to be under new management. None of the original staff exist anymore and the only people working seem to be the husband and wife owners.
Here’s the issues:
The sandwich maker REACHED INTO THE TRASHCAN while making my sub and came right back, with the same gloves on, and continued making my sub!! So shocked!!
If you work in any food service industry (and even if you don’t) you should know better!
CHANGE YOUR GLOVES!
Also, the new owners seem to skimp on everything. Less of everything on your sandwich. And I witnessed a lady ask to have her pickles on the side instead of on the sandwich and they were going to charge her for a side of pickles!!
Poor lady left without any.

I work close by and this Subway has always been a convenient lunch stop for me but sadly I’m not sure I’ll be back.

I’d also like to add that this location does not participate in any of the Subway promo meal deals. I pay more now than I ever have—for the same thing.

Ordered a to-go mobile order and my wrap was a complete disaster as soon as I picked it up to take a bite everything in the wrap fell out. I highly suggest going in and watching them make your food versus you ordering a mobile to go order and just picking it up they do not take good care in Mobile orders which sucks because the food is pricey these days just to get garbage to eat. Presentation is everything when it comes to food. I like my food to be presented and served to me just like the pictures and videos that are being advertised.
