Worst experince EVER. Some little boy WASTED bread to give me a free footlong when the sandwich was supposed to be a 6 inch ORIGINALLY. ONLY to REFUSE to remake it when I brought it back in to tell him he did not cook the bacon x2 and it was supposed to be a 6 inch. Argued with me and told me he will not remake it because they count the bread..... WHEN HE WASTED THE OTHER HALF, NOT DOING HIS JOB PROPERLY IN THE FIRST PLACE. He also had no name tag and proceeded to tell me they do not give them out. So here's his picture.I most definitely will be back in to speak with a manager because I have received PERFECT customer from the young girl who works here soooo she shouldn't receive a bad reputation because "he has other jobs that make more than subway".

Don't order mobile. Don't eat here. They will mess up your order and refuse to remake the sandwiches that THEY made wrong. Then they will refuse a refund. It is very difficult to get in touch with their corporate or management. I won't be giving up on my money.

The T

We placed a mobile order which literally shows what we wanted for our sandwiches on a paper ticket. They still messed up our sandwiches. Wrong bread, wrong meats, wrong toppings. When I brought them back the guy behind the counter looked like a deer in headlights. Didn’t know what to do. They WOULD NOT remake the sandwiches despite them messing them up, or give me a refund. Never going to subway again. Worst service ever. Now I have to deal with this through my bank

Don’t eat here!!! The Caucasian girl with the red hair behind the counter clearly hates her job. She was in there slamming Mayo bottles down and was upset when told we wanted Mayo on our sandwich and she had to refill it. She just left the Mayo bag on the counter like it wasn’t nothing. Like this is your job, how are you mad that you have customers and you have to work. If you don’t like it, go do something else.

Customer service terrible especially a Spanish girll, she did not want to speak english, after I ordered I showed her a coupon that was valid, her computer did not scan for some reason and in a very rude way she throw us out.Never ever here.

I have no complaints about the staff or the food at this Subway. Everyone is very nice and they seem to like to connect with the customer. Every time I go there, the staff is engaging with the customer at the appropriate time during the order. Everyone there are very pleasant and attentive.Vegetarian options: The have a lot of veggies and veggie patties.

Someone needs to lestn how to spell. Look at bottom of receipt. Statement: Lettuce know how we did today. Correct : Let Us know how we did. Small erroe, nut should be corrected.

Supposed to be 24 hours, but they have the door locked and lights off as if customers are supposed to know they are open. The black female says to just knock on the door next time (but why would customers need to knock on door if they are 24 hours, most people are going to assume they are closed if the lights are off and doors are locked) or if they are scared, they should hire security.

Was in a rush so I decided to swing in since I was getting gas. The sandwich maker and toppings people were great but the cashier had no clue what she was doing. After she finally figured out how the count handed me a sub and left. Get 10 minutes down the road home and realized she gave me a completely incorrect sub. Tried calling to correct it but unfortunately no one answered

Be careful when u order on Uber eats , paid for the pro and got less than the regular, it was late so I’m sure it was the overnight crew . Forgot every condiment I asked for as well . Horrible horrible . I paid a extra 20.00 to get nothing complete rip off
