So the manger here in the mornings likes to steal from customers. I'M assuming she a higher employee cause the other girl working looked to her for answers. WELL I ORDERED online and got a happy Gilmore cup. Ive been getting them for the pass week now this location decided that they will not give you the normal cup that comes with the order you pay for. infact she tried telling me that the cup I pay a extra dollar for is what comes with my meal 🤨. No ma'am I paid for that extra cup on top of my meal. Then she says I get no choice on what cup I want cause SHE ONLY OPENS ONE PACK AT A TIME. GOT IT YOU HAVE CONTROL ISSUES WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS. She says her name is sherly or something like that she didn't speak clear enough. Either way shes stealing from customers and im not with it. I can only imagine how many customers shes done this to with any kind of collections they do.

The place has the worst customer service and all together service in general. First and foremost the manager which is an Indian lady forgot her name was flat out rude and don’t how to satisfy their cust. We come there all the time ordering the nachos with extra meat which we get charged for …today we come in and get something told different first is we can’t get extra toppings now it’s no extra meat with yu charging me is crazy ..many customers complains about the customer service they get from the manager..this store in general need to do better ‼️‼️‼️

2nd time this week they got my order wrong.. this time was really annoying bc we ordered bottled starry starry drinks on uber eats and we got fountain drinks that were completely out of syrup, so club soda.. trash.

I actually love this location, the 1 star is for Manny. He’s clearly new and openly pressures customers to tip. He’ll start your sandwich off and before getting to the veggies side, he’ll ring out your order adding a discount to it then ask if you’re going to leave him a tip. If you don’t, he takes the discount off and proceeds to skimp on the veggies, even going as far as just plopping them down in the middle of the sandwich without spreading them out. If the owner is reading, you need to fire him because he’s giving out discounts, essentially stealing your money!
Came to this subway after work and the lil boy that was making the sandwich was so rude. I will definitely be calling corporate tomorrow and the GM of this subway

I went in just now about 10 mins ago the lady Cheryl had a very nasty attitude while fixing my sandwich after she made me wait 10mins when I walked in. I didn’t mind waiting until I realized she was making orders and refused to make mines while making others. I asked her a few questions about ham and turkey she told me to read the menu! She also gave me the wrong bread which I asked for ghost pepper she also didn’t give me the right amount of meat for a foot long and I order subway all the time. I never been treated so horribly by a subway worker. I won’t be ordering here again if she is working!

The ladies were nice and the store was clean, my complaint is hard stale bread that ruined my whole meal & experience. I am fairly new to the area so this was my first visit to the store. I could not go back right away and could not reach the store so I feel it was a loss of my money and me as a customer. Sad because they are the closest location to me.
