This subway is extremely understaffed! Most times I come in here, there’s only 1 person working. A whole line of people will be building up and there’s just one person there to get all the orders done, including the mobile orders.

The Asst. Mgr., TiTi, and one of her employees, Torres, do an AWESOME JOB at this location! They have made mine and my daughter's sandwiches EXACTLY how we wanted them both times that we've been here and did it with a GREAT ATTITUDE!
So far, they've had ALL of the toppings that we like on our sandwiches, and all of the drinks in the soda machine were working, unlike some of the other Subways that we've been to lately. In addition, the vegetables have been fresh. This is definitely our new go-to location when we go to lunch.

This was my first time at this location, and we are a family of 4…Titi helped us and she was all by herself, and a line of maybe 6 came through the door. She took all of our orders and handled everyone’s sandwiches with ease. I am so incredibly impressed by her, one person doing the job of 2 or 3 with ease and accuracy and with a smile on her face. She definitely is the epitome of multi tasking….and she deserves all the praise for her work. Titi, thank you so much for your help!! You are truly amazing and deserving of all the praise for your work

Stay away from this store not all subways are created equal, The sandwiches are subpar. It also depends on who's making them out of the three last visits I won't be going back

We did an online order when we arrived to pick up no one was in the store. We did not receive drinks that we already paid for and the drink fountain had a sign that it was down. We waited for ten minutes with other customers and tried calling the store multiple times. We didn’t hear the phones ring and no one came. We eventually left without service or our drinks. Unfortunately this location has a habit of being unavailable but usually you just have to knock on the door. We understand employees may need to use the restroom or have their hands tied but when multiple customers call and wait and look for service that seems a bit much. The food here is usually good and the service is usually fine but it’s a matter of getting .

This subway always has its doors locked but the sign says open. There is a sign on the door that says “knock if doors locked” and when you knock they never come. They’re also somehow always out of bread. What’s the point of having an employee that doesn’t work? Should just close this location down I’m sure it’s not making any money.

Top notch worst quality of veggies possible on a veggie delight can be found here. Also interested folks can get their mouth breaking cookies. It feels sad to spend 10$ for lunch to get such quality of the food.

The owner of this place should sale it, .evertime we come in here they are out of something, and we also have to wait for someone to come in the building to take our order.
Stopped in for a quick bite. They have changed over the years that's for sure. It was nice and clean with a baked bread smell floating through the store. I got the meal deal of the day which was a Philly cheese. Good options on chips and fresh baked cookies. The price was perfect for a quick lunch on the go. Coke machine was clean and well stocked. Plenty of napkins. The cashier was helpful and attentive. My order was on point with the right amount of meat and veggies.

This place never has ingredients however the app says they do. The employees are lazy and just don’t want to make anything. they just lie and say “we are out.” Employees are working without hair nets as well. Health department will be called.

Server did not inform me of ingredients that were not available before handing me my order. Then when i notice it and ask about it, she has a very nasty attitude.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a sub off of the app and asked for the italian herbs and cheese bread. My friend ordered the same bread and she got the bread but I didn’t (which I didn’t notice till I got back to my workplace.) Upon finding out, I had to drive all the way back to have them fix it. Instead, I was met with rude workers who told me they couldn’t remake my sandwich or they could “transfer” the old sandwich fillings onto a new bread. They made this a big deal because it would “mess up” their inventory. It’s not like I ordered ten sandwiches, all I wanted was to get WHAT I PAYED FOR. Anyways, after another customer had to step in and advocate for me to try and get a new sandwich, the workers still wouldn’t budge and said they could give me a refund. Then she proceeded to take my old sandwich as well. So I didn’t receive my refund OR my sandwich and I wasted time going back there. Good thing though because I know to never go back there again!

I wish I could put negative review. This is venting employee is the worst. When I walked in hungry he was high and made my sandwich wrong and didn’t even apologize. Worst food quality and Worst employee and Worst food. Please don’t waste your money here. Wast of my time and money.
Waited 7 mins before I said something to the women slicing. After another wait. She mentioned that she was out of the ingredients of the sandwich I wanted. So I walked out.
I ordered a sandwich and it is super super DRY!(I had to add my own sauce)And there’s more bread than toppings. I contacted the store to which she told me that “it’s the owners policy, as to why we don’t fill the sandwich up anymore.” If this is the owners policy then please I mean please for the love of god! Get new owners. I used to work at this location and now with new owners the SUBS ARE TERRIBLE! Don’t recommend at all going, go to the Bowden location!
