If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a sub off of the app and asked for the italian herbs and cheese bread. My friend ordered the same bread and she got the bread but I didn’t (which I didn’t notice till I got back to my workplace.) Upon finding out, I had to drive all the way back to have them fix it. Instead, I was met with rude workers who told me they couldn’t remake my sandwich or they could “transfer” the old sandwich fillings onto a new bread. They made this a big deal because it would “mess up” their inventory. It’s not like I ordered ten sandwiches, all I wanted was to get WHAT I PAYED FOR. Anyways, after another customer had to step in and advocate for me to try and get a new sandwich, the workers still wouldn’t budge and said they could give me a refund. Then she proceeded to take my old sandwich as well. So I didn’t receive my refund OR my sandwich and I wasted time going back there. Good thing though because I know to never go back there again!

I wish I could put negative review. This is venting employee is the worst. When I walked in hungry he was high and made my sandwich wrong and didn’t even apologize. Worst food quality and Worst employee and Worst food. Please don’t waste your money here. Wast of my time and money.

Waited 7 mins before I said something to the women slicing. After another wait. She mentioned that she was out of the ingredients of the sandwich I wanted. So I walked out.

I ordered a sandwich and it is super super DRY!(I had to add my own sauce)And there’s more bread than toppings. I contacted the store to which she told me that “it’s the owners policy, as to why we don’t fill the sandwich up anymore.” If this is the owners policy then please I mean please for the love of god! Get new owners. I used to work at this location and now with new owners the SUBS ARE TERRIBLE! Don’t recommend at all going, go to the Bowden location!

This place is really starting to go downhill. I usually do online others but after today, I will not be spending another penny on this place. Today my sandwich was made with the oldest bread they could find. I couldn't chew it. I literally had to pull everything off the bread and just eat the ingredients. What little ingredients there were. It was a pinch of this, a pinch of that. Not only that but I asked for EXTRA mayonnaise, I received NONE. I asked for provolone cheese and received NO Cheese. And honestly when I went in to get my sandwich, I was a little worried about eating it due to the appearance of the employee. Very unclean. Welp, Subway, I'll be finding another place after the service I received today. To everybody else, good luck 🤞

Do not answer the phone. I place my order at one ten It was not even ready to go at one fifty Uber , he said to find another driver so that I means almost two ten for deliver And apparently i'm pretty sure they did not toast it because I did not have the option towards the bread which means i'm going to get A very very soggy sandwich with a bread being soggy Since this probably been sitting there for a hot minute coast the bread it makes Does sandwich last longer And Oh by the way answer the Phone when A customer Might Call.

Ordered an online pickup. Only one sandwich was meant to be toasted and the employee toasted both. When I informed them which one was not meant to be toasted the guy ignored me. I also ordered “more” pickles and received no pickles at all.

Location was very convenient for dinner this evening. Normal Subway environment. What made me want to submit this review was the excellent service that William provided. Great customer service and friendly communication.

I didn’t like that the girl was smoking outside when I pulled up but she did wash her hands. It was the service at first. I don’t understand why people get so complacent with their job that they stop acting like they are at work and give you a vibe like you’re bothering them. Introvert or extrovert you should be friendly when a customer walks in your establishment. You are working. Then when I got home the way my sandwich looked is what prompted this review. Please explain to me why? Just why would you give this to a customer to eat? How? How did the bread get like this? It looks like it was ripped in half by hand and thrown together. People come to ur place of business because they like the food! Presentation is everything and as a business owner I would NEVER allow a sandwich to leave my building looking like this and this is supposed to be satisfaction? This pissed me off! I won’t be returning cuz I’m not taking that chance again.

the man who was going to make my food this past Saturday was mopping and didn’t wash his hands before trying to make my food. i tried to call to let someone know but they don’t have a customer service number. people get sick this way. made me sad. i really liked this store and came every saturday but i am grossed out

The Subway itself is disgusting with the majority of the surfaces in that shop being dirty. That aside, they got my online orders wrong multiple times, even when I ordered on the app to dine in the restaurant. Today (12/12/2024) wasn't any different, first they took a long time, and then suddenly they just canceled my order, I tried to call twice and they hung up on me the moment I mentioned the order. I ordered again and this time they didn't include my drink. I'm not a petty person, I only wrote this review after multiple instances of them doing this.

THE WORST SUBWAY I'VE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE, VERY DIRTY, ALL THE GLASS ON THE COUNTER WAS VERY DIRTY, THE FOOD WAS OLD, THE LETTUCE WAS ALL SPOILED, THE COUNTER WHERE THE MEALS WERE ASSEMBLED WAS VERY DISGUSTING, ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THE DIRTIEST PLACE I'VE EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE... I especially order online so I can just pick up the order when is ready. They don't start making your food until you get to the store, even when the app says your food is ready. This has happened multiple times already.

I ordered delivery through the app and never received it. It showed delivered but it wasn't. Went to the store and advised the employee's of this and was told they do not do delivery. If that's the case it should not be offered. They remade my sandwiches but wanted to skimp on meat for the Titan subs which are to have more meat on them. Never, ever again!

Come here if you want 7 spinach leaves on your sub and zero eye contact from the staff. This is the worst subway in town. Stay far away.
