Very bad service. All the subs were not numbered to know which one is which. When we called and asked how to know which sub is which and they said you have to open each one and check it. They were just very rude and unprofessional. Despite adding a TIP for a mobile order. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

I placed a mobile order for pickup and it took 30 min to get my food. I was told that in person orders a priority and they get their food first even though I was there in person waiting for mine and people had come in after me. Then I had to get an alternative bread to what I had ordered because they were out and what they gave me was stale. I asked for extra sauces and got little to none. I order from here frequently and the last few times I have it has not been a great experience all being similar to this one unfortunately.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway location. My wife and I stopped in for lunch on my birthday. While my sandwich was being prepared, I clearly saw a pepper fall onto it. When I pointed it out, the employee argued with me and then tried to cover it with more lettuce instead of simply remaking the sandwich. After leaving, I confirmed the pepper was still there and had to remove it myself.
When I attempted to address this calmly, the assistant manager stepped in and immediately became hostile. As we were leaving, the employee muttered “wow” while staring at the manager. My wife also witnessed the assistant manager roll her eyes at her request for cheese, and then make a rude remark to the employee about “that other damn sandwich.”
I understand mistakes happen in food prep, but what makes this completely unacceptable is the way the staff handled it: arguing, dismissing my concern, attempting to cover it up, and showing open hostility toward customers. This was extremely unprofessional and left us both very uncomfortable.
If you think a customer would go out of their way to make a story like this, there's a simple solution. Check the cameras you spent thousands on installing. Time on incident was 12:49PM 9/25/25
I will not be returning to this location, and I encourage management to take a serious look at how this staff treats guests.

Ordered three footlong sandwiches. Meatball, philly cheesesteak and a BLT. Nice fresh food, and tasty, and the three employees were very nice. I would definitely eat here again.

The food was good as usual. But however it was under staff only one person working with a line. The guy that was working did a great job. Unfortunately the experience would have been a lot better.

Do not order online, it's a 50% chance they won't have the ingredients but the apps don't tell you that so if you're at work you end up wasting your lunch break waiting for nothing. It's happened to me a couple times at this store so if you really want Subway go in person, don't bother with online
It Sunday Mother’s Day I come in around 7pm to pick up my order . It’s 6 subs and there are . Kelly just started my order. There’s also 2 people in line waiting to to be helped . The guy who was working with her had an attitude an instead of helping the customers in line while Kelly was making my order he just goes to the back . Which I see doused both of the customers to walk out bc they were waiting a long time. On the other hand Kelly did an amazing job.
I wanted to take a second to highlight an associate at this location - Josh. Everytime I have ever gone in he has had a giant smile on his face and been the most helpful associate. I recently heard him make a comment to another customer in passing that people didn't appreciate his smile/attitude. I wanted to make sure he knew that some people do - and he should be recognized for his consistently great service! !
First visit-10 out of 10, we'll visit again!! Very clean and welcoming restaurant. Anthony had great customer service and was very knowledgeable of menu items. My daughter was very satisfied!!
When you order online they give you the sandwich without the correct ingredients how you forget to put bacon on a all American club sandwich? 🥹😒 morning staf today failed completely! It has happened to me more than once I guess we’re switching to Publix subs
