Do not order online, it's a 50% chance they won't have the ingredients but the apps don't tell you that so if you're at work you end up wasting your lunch break waiting for nothing. It's happened to me a couple times at this store so if you really want Subway go in person, don't bother with online

It Sunday Mother’s Day I come in around 7pm to pick up my order . It’s 6 subs and there are . Kelly just started my order. There’s also 2 people in line waiting to to be helped . The guy who was working with her had an attitude an instead of helping the customers in line while Kelly was making my order he just goes to the back . Which I see doused both of the customers to walk out bc they were waiting a long time. On the other hand Kelly did an amazing job.

I wanted to take a second to highlight an associate at this location - Josh. Everytime I have ever gone in he has had a giant smile on his face and been the most helpful associate. I recently heard him make a comment to another customer in passing that people didn't appreciate his smile/attitude. I wanted to make sure he knew that some people do - and he should be recognized for his consistently great service! !

When you order online they give you the sandwich without the correct ingredients how you forget to put bacon on a all American club sandwich? 🥹😒 morning staf today failed completely! It has happened to me more than once I guess we’re switching to Publix subs

Placed an Uber order. Didn’t get the drinks or the footlong peppermint cookie. Called the store and they said it was on the uber to grab the drinks. I asked about the footlong cookie and they said they were “out”. And followed up with “we should have substituted it”. Ok cool so what do we do now? My options were to come get it (defeats the purpose of delivery) or re order through the app. Cool. Thanks for wasting my time. Nothing to make it right when I got there either. Just baked the cookie and handed to me. Going to be a while before I order from here again.

Just wanted to show some appreciation for the young man Josh who helped us, it was a long line and he was alone. He acknowledged everyone coming and going and still attended to our order: We had about four sandwiches and he remained patient and helpful.

Edit: We spoke to the manager and they told us there is a shortage of food for them. They haven't gotten a truck in over a week. He is giving us a refund. I appreciate him listening to us and trying to fix the situation. ****I ordered from the ap, A boss sub which should have peperoni and meatballs. With extra peperoni. Instead I just got a flat bread with peperoni and cheese. I have pics of what I ordered vs what I got.

I came to this location for dinner tonight and I wanted a meatball sub. I walk into the restaurant at 7:30 P.m. The girl behind the counter asked what I was having and when I told her I wanted a number six, which is the meatball sub she replied with we are out of meatballs. I asked her to confirm what time they closed and she said 10 PM and then followed up with we don’t have time to make anymore. Wow great customer service! How in the world are you open for another 2 1/2 hours and you are out of meatballs, and then proceeded to tell your customer that you don’t have time to make anymore? You would think a meatball sub is one of the more popular choices. I would much rather you lie and say that you didn’t receive it on your truck delivery or something instead of admitting laziness to satisfy a valued customer. You are either pre-closing way too early or whoever wrote the prep list needs to get fired. I told her forget about it and I will go somewhere else and she replied with OK sorry about that, sir. Anyway, this location DOES NOT serve meatballs In the evening apparently. You’re welcome in advance. Save yourself the trip.
