I just came into this store on 11/17 for lunch. I come to this store frequently and I will NEVER be back. The taller of the 2 girls there today for lunch was extremely rude! The other girl asked if I was there for a mobile order and told me it was on the shelf. I told them it wasn’t right because mine was a footlong. The rude one insulted me and talked very ugly to me in front of the customers after getting smart with me. THEN she kept me in there for 25 mins waiting on my mobile order that should have already been done as she makes everyone’s food and makes me late back to work. She got the right one…I don’t know who you think you are little girl but remember you’re the one working at subway and if you feel the need to talk crap to a customer that wasn’t even rude, then go find a different job! Someone is going to put that little smart mouth in its place one day. Stop hiring nasty mouthed employees!

We were the only customers, but sandwiches were made artistically, fresh, as ordered and wrapped nicely. Was only missing the bow...I delivered it to someone else who said it was good. Great place for an affordable quick fresh sandwich your way!

Turkey Sub normally I love coming here but today struck a nerve for me. They were out of Tomato and cucumbers and I can't eat a sub without it. I had cucumber when I got home but no tomato in the house I was about to cancel my order but I had a coupon for 2 subs. Today only was the worst tasting sub I ever tasted from this location. I will start calling before I even attempt to order something from them again

This has to be one of the friendliest Subway shops.I have been to in the jacksonville area. Just went for lunch. The young ladies working now made polite meal recommendations, engaged me with a friendly spirit and made me laugh. Thank you for brightening my day. 🙏

Edit: What a difference 8 years makes! I went there today for the first time in a very long time. I was greeted with loud music and a tense interaction between a customer and the Sandwich Artist, if that's what they still call them. She hadn't heard the man's request because the music was so loud. So, she changed the music to something that should never be played in a public establishment. It was the rauchiest rap music I think I have ever heard, and I grew up on some dirty ones. I don't think I have heard the P word so much in a restaurant. And it was even louder than the original song. When the manager came out front, the gentleman asked if she was the manager, to which she said yes, and ignored the music. When I mentioned that I needed to pray after this visit, she responded that I should have been doing that already. OK!!! At some point, the music was changed. I do want to thank the gentleman for paying for my sandwich. Yeah, I think it'll be another long gap before I visit this store again.
I do enjoy the staff here.

I’m mad I even have to give a star the custom service is trash dude move slow, it was only 2 people in front of me and it took him almost 45 minutes. Yes I watched the clock because I was on lunch. Also they were out of a lot of items.
