Wow! I'm not sure how this happens but you have to be good at something and that something is not replenishing key inventory product. On 4/2/24 I attempted to purchase a sub however they were out of stock in Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef and Cheese at noon time. This is an excellent way to lose sales MR or Misses Subway owner. I'm not sure what else to say here other than get into the sub making business! 0 stars for the food as you could not provide the food #&$^^$!(#(!!?!!Parking: Limited spots in front.

The service was horrible. I pulled up around 1:30 and it was empty. The female that worked there got out the car when I got out my car. She walked in with me and told I needed to wait until she finished washing her hands. She began making my sandwich with a scarf still tied around her head. She caught such a nasty attitude when I changed my mind about toasting my sub. I wasn’t able to finish my order. I will never waste my time at this particular Subway ever again.

the worst service ever! walked in with my brother & instantly got attitude from one of the women working (she has ginger hair). She was so impatient & RUDE to us & it was uncalled for because it was not busy whatsoever & we always walk into establishments with respect & patience because i work in food service as well & i know how it is. Not only that but there was another woman (tall, dark-skin, with short hair) who made us feel like we weren’t welcome (rushing us, being rude) when we we’re meeting the end of the line. i don’t understand why they treated us this way but i suggest you all take your chances at a different subway location!

I had a bad customer service attitude yesterday. one employee said "common sense is hard to get nowadays" just because I used the bathroom and left it partially open while using and for my friend used after me. half of the space with tables and chairs was blocked off. the main other half has 3 tables, one was sat by an employee, the other two were directly exposed to sunlight, so we decided to eat in our car instead. on the good note: the food was good!

Honestly one of the best Subways I’ve been to since moving to Florida, and definitely the best in Jacksonville. The store was incredibly clean, and even though they were busy and only had one employee he was incredibly efficient and friendly, and these were easily the most well-made sandwiches I’ve had. We will be back often.

I would have given this location a better review. The owner and the one particular employee that always has on a stylish subway head wrap are always great! . But there’s one particular thing employee( Ma female not the new male employee) that is usually there with the one with one with the head warp who is always rude, stand-offish and combative. I always come in and order the day thing with no problems. Which is a kid meal for my child . This particular employee always gives me push back with attitude when I order and shows clear lack of training. She is the only employee at several different subways across state lines that gives me these problems . For my kids sandwich she only would allow ONE slice of meat ( and no this is not protocol, being an ex subway employee ) . However , I did not cause a fuss . I offered to pay more for extra meat, which is allowed , and she still refused. Needless to say I ended up traveling to another subway location 15 away who provided me with exceptional customer service with no push back.
