Hospitalized to have my 12th surgery last week due to US Army experiences. My future wife remembers the ingredients so, she ordered my go-to meal from Subway. Veggie delight. 2 bags of original lays chips. They didn't bring my chips even tho she paid for them.I love eating chips with my sandwich. Sometimes I put the chips IN my sandwich! But NOOOOOOOO! NOT today! Ok. Fine!Fast forward to today. I ordered the usual. Veggie delight. Same toppings. 2 bags of original lays. 2 macadamia nut cookies. Asked my son if he wanted anything. He ordered the BLT.What did you think they brought me today?! Correct. Everything except what I ordered! No CHIPS. NO COOKIES... Yet it was purchased. Said so right on the receipt.So, forgive me for having a chip on my shoulder but I'm not ordering anything from the two stores in these locations (Kings road & Margaret Street) EVER AGAIN! Ordered food last night, order confirmed and claimed it was ready. When I got there to pickup at the time it said to they had the door locked and were closing. They could have called or something. Oh well next time I'll try the next closest Subway.

Don't order from this s*** hole. Terribly rude and disgusting workers who don't care about you and find it funny that you don't get your order. I was picking up a doordash order and the girl said she never received it and then as I went to the door to leave she asked if I had canceled it (how could I cancel a order you supposedly never received?) and then was laughing. I know she received it and just thought it'd be funny if I didn't get the order. Total b**** and i hope karma gets her because you dont know how bad someone is struggling and if they needed the money from that order. I am disabled, going through a lot of personal stress and can't work so I use doordash to make money and she wasted my time, money and disrespected my intelligence. Stay far away from this place. I will be calling the manager to complain too.

The 1st time I decided to grab a bite to eat seeing as though I live in walking distance. It was the most infuriating experience I’ve ever encountered. My lunch consisted of (6in cold cut on wheat bread, baked Lay’s chips, a bottle water). About 45min of eating the cold cut I started having extremely unusual abdominal pains and I was vomiting uncontrollably and sweating uncontrollably and I was running a fever of 190/90. It ended up being the worse case of food poisoning that they had ever seen.

This was an UberEATS order placed on 12/06/2022 at 9:37 pm.The order was for a footlong veggie with provolone, lettuce, spinach, onion, pickles, black olives, green peppers, and mayo.The picture shows what I received.This isn't a "mistake." This is someone being absolutely and intentionally negligent in their job. This level of apathy is simply beyond me. ?Also, I ordered two Vitamin Water XXX. I received, two bottles of Sprite.Thankfully, UberEATS refunded most of my order cost. Subway couldn't be bothered to make it right.Remember, these are independently owned franchises. If the owners don't care to correct these issues, the great thing about free-market capitalism is that those of us in the market can (and should) allow his or her businesses success to reflect his or her lack of service.

Placed order thru app. Arrived at store after a good 20 minutes. Store was empty no customers. Stated that I have an app order. 1 of the 4 employees working said, the ticket is right there I haven't made it. I was in the back talking. WTF. It doesn't stop there. Employee # 2 begins making my order in a panic and proceeds to make the order wrong. Horrible experience. Will never visit this location again. Very unprofessional.
