Went there to get a stake wrap and asked for double steak and the manger refused to do it even after I told her I didn't mind paying extra for it and every subway I went to did it with no problem. Very poor customer service. What happen with the customers always right?

If I could give a zero star I would. So disappointed in this location. As of today, 2 out of 2 online orders placed were not even being worked on when I arrived at my scheduled time. Also having to hop through hoops to get a refund. They never have a manager there to help with these situations and the lack of customer service is apparent.

Dec, 12th 2019. The most horrible service I have ever experienced in any food service place. Horrible attitude, the guy working didn't know what a footlong was, or even what a 6 inch was. If this is the owner working, consider selling your franchise to a person that cares about service. If this is an employee, consider resigning.

Patiently waited for a shift change that took longer than it should have, only to be given an attitude when it was time to order. I'm never stopping at this Subway again, since they act as if the customer is an inconvenience.

Sandwiches were good but the bread both white and wheat were not very fresh at all. Crumbling tops. None the less it was good.

This is one of my favorite Subway restaurants in the area. There used to be two women who I frequently were working behind the counter. They were awesome! The sandwiches were always well made, and they didn't act overly frugal with the toppings like many Subways do. There were many new staff additions earlier this year. From my few experiences with them, they have done a great job as well.

There's always something at this location. One time they were out of bread. The 2 times after that were newly untrained people who couldnt simply cut bread or smear tuna on bread. This time it was 2 young men talking about being baffled or amused about something in their personal lives throwing around cuss words in front of myself and my kids. If it weren't for this shop being so close to me on my lunch break, I wouldn't go. Also, slightly annoying for someone with health issues which require water, they don't have water cups as they don't have water as an option on their soda machine.
The tuna sub was delicious. However, there was no ice or sweet tea.

Don't bother ordering anything on the app because they never pre make it. That's the hole point of pre ordering it if your in a hurry. The worst part is the two women were in there standing around and talking not doing anything. I came in asked for my pre ordered sandwich and some girl named Diamonds said she hadn't made it yet. Never coming to this Subway again!!
