Not sure where to begin about our experience there on Saturday night. Before I get into it I will say this… the food was good! But that’s really it about this place as the service was unprofessional and below customer service standards. So, my gf and I were walking around after an event we went to and we stumbled upon Lily’s. We thought it would be a good idea to try a new place (should’ve just kept walking). We come in to be greeted by the bartender. We sit at the bar and we order some drinks. So, we start placing our orders with him. I kid you not we tell him the order then he takes 2-3 steps then asks us to repeat it (which is okay as we understand it happens), then he makes it to his system to place the order and forgets again so we repeat it. We ordered 3 apps and an entree. As they are coming out he heads over to other guests to hand them our food and we had to tell him that it was our order. It even got to the point that our entree sat at the window for 5-10 mins for it get brought to us. It wasn’t until we brought it to his attention that he served it to us. We ate and interacted with the guests that sat next to us. If anything they were the best part of our experience there. But, we ask if we can get our check. We had to ask him 2-3 times to do so as he forgot. We give it some time to get our check but what happens…. He forgot what we ordered. I had to tell him over and over what we ordered so we could finally get our check. To be honest at this point wasn’t sure if he was playing a joke or just messing with us but I thought it was the end of it. Well guess what… I was wrong. My tab was $37 and I left him a $6 tip even after everything. Which I felt was fair we enjoyed the food. Tell me how I was told I need to tip more…. That he deserves at least 20% or more! I was truly in shock after this whole ordeal. He follows it with “Did you like food? Did you have a good experience? Did I have a good time?” So, I asked him then “If my tip isn’t good enough then what should I tip or what percentage?” Just to be told he knows people like me and that he’s not a math guy but he deserves more. I should’ve adjusted my tip to zero after those comments.I truly wasn’t going to leave a negative review but it’s the tip interaction for me as no customer should be harassed or bullied into a tip. That was the final nail for me. Especially after having to tell the server our order multiples times, then have to stop him from giving our food away, then having to remind him which items were ours (did he just put everyones orders together?). I would not recommend this place unless you want to be harassed for a tip for horrible service.

I believe the owners of the place have changed. I was asked to tip for a pick-up order. I asked why? he said that he is compensated as a bartender and relies on tips. I did leave a tip.
Now, I don’t think I’ll visit a place that doesn’t respect its employees or ask customers for tips on pick-up orders while not paying their workers fairly.
Additionally, I had to wait for five minutes before anyone arrived to collect my order. The pricing is reasonable, but it’s on the higher end.
Stumbled upon this spot after an event at Sweet Pete’s.
Didn’t realize it was Filipino cuisine until we sat down and looked at the menu.
Yuca fries, lumpia’s and the fried pork belly dish were our favorite.
The server, Turner was extremely hospitable and was interactive with my kids. He allowed my boys to play the pac man game in the back room :)
We look forward to checking out their AYCE on a Saturday.

Very nice Server and atmosphere. Food is just not good. I ordered the Turkey Pesto Sandwich and the turkey didn’t taste like real turkey, it was like very thick soft deli meat. I didn’t finish it. The Adobo chicken was okay, just a little over seasoned. My friend ordered the dumplings (pork) and sent them back because it was very fatty meat (her own personal taste) She got a trade of the veggies dumplings and those were not eaten in total either because of the taste. It was like veggies trying to mimic meat and were a bit grainy. For the cost of everything the quality wasn’t up to par. Server was very kind man though and understanding. Sadly, won’t come here again.

I ordered over phone was told 10 mins when I got there the order was never placed. Staff disregard me waiting over 30 mins for a take out. It seems they were more attentive to other races.
Don't be fooled by the reviews—most of them are from the old restaurant. The "new" café feels lifeless, dark, and musty, with an inconsistent interior design ever since they switched names and/or ownership. It's a shame because I used to enjoy coming here.
I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, and it was completely inedible. The pork was bland, barely any BBQ sauce, and instead of properly melted cheese, they just chopped up slices of American cheese into square blocks—for $18. There’s no effort or care in the food anymore and it's honestly a bit sad.
The staff was friendly, and I did get a refund, which is the only reason I'm giving two stars. I truly hope things improve for this place.

Very disappointed.
The only place we could find open to eat with our kids. No children options, barley any options for us. Apparently everything online was outdated. All around unpleasant experience besides the people. They were nice.

The overall dining experience was underwhelming. While the chicken adobo was decent, the lumpia and pork with rice lacked depth of flavor and could have used more seasoning. The dishes felt like they were missing the authentic cultural richness I was expecting. Additionally, the atmosphere was lacking, as the owner was present but not particularly engaging, despite the restaurant not being busy at the time. I was hoping for a more inviting and flavorful experience.

the menu is like 4 dishes the food has no flavor and they are tiny servings place was super empty the only that was good was the gator rangoons but the menu it shows and pictures are from the old place before they redid the restaurant and they must not have any ac because it was extremely hot in there I wouldn't recommend going.

I ordered the blackened fish, yucca fries and beef sinigang soup. The soup was good, the yucca fries were inedible ( very hard and dried out). The on- line menu shows a blackened white fish for $12. What I received was a big piece of salmon sandwich, $20. When I inquired about the price I was told that's from an old menu. " Buyer beware"

Used to order to go from you guys all the time but now you guys charge an online fee to order online? What is even is that?
Panfried dumplings were greasy and not crispy on one side like they are supposed to be. Most dishes come in Corel cereal bowls which is just odd and lacking in any presentation. I keep going to enjoy the sunny corner spot and the drinks. The wine and mimosas are very enjoyable. Perhaps I just haven't found their signature dish.

I stopped in here today. I haven't been here in about a year. Super disappointed by the changes. Menu changed (no biggie, but not great). The best way to describe the service is sad. Employee seemed like he was miserable and had no issue showing that to guests. Food was terrible. Pork belly was not crisp. Portions have gone down significantly, yet the prices have not. The price for what I received was disgusting. I am all for paying top dollar for great food, but this is just a rip off. Hopefully some of the comments will inspire change. Hoping so.

My man took me here last night before the Jhene Aiko concert. It was our first time, and they did not disappoint. The host we had was so sweet. We mentioned that we were going to the concert as my birthday present and when I tell you she went above and beyond to make me feel special! She took our photo for us, and even brought me a slice of cake with a candle and sung happy birthday. The food is soooo good too! Also drinks were strong and fairly priced. We are definitely coming back again. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
