I paid about 30$ on a DoorDash order thinking we would have a light sushi dinner and it couldn’t have been LIGHTER! I genuinely had to go and check my order to confirm I didn’t accidentally order two rolls off a kids menu. 30 dollars for 2 rolls that were basically the size of a man’s thumb each, and two slivers of two toned salmon shashimi why is it TWO colors ?! Like it’s been out all day or something. Most importantly why did it take almost 2 hours to make 2 micro rolls and two slices of RAW salmon, it’s not even cooked? First and last time eating here I tell you! I’m scared to try this multicolored salmon… and I can’t even blame the driver. They picked it up after almost 2 hours of prep, and got it to my home in record time.

great shot to get dinner or lunch. huge probs and don't in is sometimes given free appetizers! everyone is really nice and friendly. the process can't be beat and they do good with their delivery, it's always hot! definitely will go again

Sushi bear used to my go to spot for ordering Hibachi, well not anymore! The food used to be full of flavor and cooked to perfection, not anymore!! Past 3 times I’ve ordered the Hibachi steak and chicken and it was disgusting. The steak overcooked a chewy even though I order medium rare, the chicken also chewy and tasted burnt. The chow mein tasted like soggy noodle with no flavor and the “fried rice” tasted like completely flavorless white rice with soy sauce added for color to add appearance of being fried even though it wasn’t. I could get a better meal for a fraction of the price anywhere but here. I guess when a place gets big they stop caring or maybe change in management who doesn’t care. I have you all 3 chances and it shows consistency in bad quality. For 28 dollars a meal this is a complete ripoff and a sad excuse to call Hibachi. I was going to suggest catering for my company but not anymore. If you would like you a chance to redeem yourself I would like the manager to contact me and provide me the meals I paid for. And the food did arrive hot and fresh but was still terrible quality.

Everyone there was so extremely nice. I went in by myself, which was a little intimidating for someone who typically has kids or husband around. I got the Tokyo Roll and it was sooooo yummy. The prices are great, the food was amazing, and the staff was wonderful. Excited for my next visit ❤️

This place is absolutely amazing. The waitresses are extremely nice and we love how they give us a complementary appetizer while we wait. The Sweetheart roll was absolutely the best highly recommend getting it.
definitely will be returning when we’re in Jacksonville

We’ve been here 3 times in the last month because it’s just so delicious and affordable. We got 3 rolls — all of which were fresh, delicious and generously portioned. $45 out the door including 20% tip - with the complementary soup and little fried crab bites moments after we sat down, we were stuffed. Quick and yummy!

I’d give 100 stars if that was an option. I haven’t had such great service at any restaurant in a long time. Not to mention, I generally don’t like sushi of any kind, their rolls were OUT OF THIS WORLD! Highly recommend!

This is one of our regular spots. The sushi here is so fresh and delicious. We’ve never had a bad experience and always look forward to eating here and the fast service!
