We go for lunch and they get you served quickly. No waiting around for checks. The food is great! Love the gentleman who brings the drinks. Need good food and be in and out fast? Choose this place.

I came here to pick up my Uber eats order. I open the doors with a paper towel because of germs on the door handles. I set it down for a second on the counter to collect my order. And the rude woman who I approached to receive my order. Immediately says don’t put trash there put it in the trash can. She didn’t even greet me when I came in the door. Then you have the nerve to assume that I am just littering. I say to her it’s my napkin and I’m not going to leave it there. If it was trash I would have obviously put it in the trash can. I told her just don’t assume ! I love sushi and this could have been a new spot to try. But I will stick with Sushi house on baymeadows. Where they have wonderful customer service !

It was my first time here not familiar with their menu I was ordering and I asked if they salad she said what do you want as if I was bothering her with my question I proceed to tell her it’s my first time here she did not acknowledge that and proceeded to ask me what salad I want !! Very rude customer service first and last time

Horrible customer service! Lady on the phone was very rude and had the nerve to yell at me! I canceled my order and they still charged me!! Horrible way to run a business! I made a mistake with my order and literally canceled within minutes. Tried to speak to someone at the restaurant and instead of trying to listen and come up with a solution she started to yell so I yelled back. This is a disgraceful establishment and I would take my money elsewhere! They kept my $80!! This is my first experience at this restaurant and it will be my last!! If I were you I would not spend money here! If I could give them 0 starts I would!!!

The fact that I cannot call and speak to someone on the phone is ridiculous! I understand you dont take orders over the phone at times but someone still needs to be available to answer the phones to assist customers with other things. Poor customer service is my review!

Please just go out of business and make room for a sushi spot that takes pride in what they do. So incredibly bad. Deep fried rolls didn't have rice, I'm pretty sure the avocados were from frozen, the shrimp were rubber, vegetables and rice had no flavor. It went in the trash. I'm stunned and wondering how the reviews aren't worse.

This has quickly become my fav lunch spot but today it was unedable eel sauce all over everything I have never had to ask for sauce not on it except the first which I was told it's not on it. But it was a new guy so I don't know.

Very nice and clean . Great light settings and it’s a relaxing comfortable armosphere. Food is good quality. Staff is friendly . I love miso soup. They have one of the best I’ve tried. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good sushi spot.
