Very good sushi, and the best ceviche in the town.

First time here. Went for a lunch special, and the sushi was definitely not fresh. The fish all had a weird texture and the tuna was obviously dyed. I'm really surprised by all of the good reviews, because this genuinely was one of the worst experiences I had in a long time. I was so highly disappointed I couldn't finish any roll I ordered. The place was empty during lunch time on a Saturday. That should have been my first indication. I'm not sure if they're buying their reviews but I would in no way ever recommend this place to anyone.

7 of us had dinner here and the food was good as well as the service.

I've only been twice, the first time was sushi and ramen, we got a very wide variety of ramen with their party platter type service, and all of it was delicious! We got the tongkatsu ramen to share, and it was wonderful enough for me to have it again about a week later. The atmosphere is eclectic, the service was excellent. I asked for extra ginger and wasabi and did not get charged for either. The ramen definitely can serve two, I took home about half of it when I ordered it as a single serving. My friend had an udon noodle dish on my second visit and she said it was absolutely delicious. I've lived in Mandarin for longer than I will admit here and I did not know this place existed. If you make a trip to Lowe's take the first left and try Sushi Garden out! Can't wait to try more from their menu!

The constant love roll was the best sushi roll I have had. It was wonderful. Their udon was decent, and the butterfly roll was good. Definitely super fresh, tasty, refreshing food. If you want sushi you can't go wrong.

Always the best place to eat sushi!
This was where me and my partner went on our first date. We normally been ordering take out form this place, so it’s been a while. We decided to go in again today to celebrate my birthday, (tomorrow on the 24th) since tomorrow it’s closed. The decorations look great, and we notice it expanded a little since last time. The service was excellent , the ambience with the projector was good, food came out fast. Everything about this place is amazing, clean and beautiful. I’m always satisfied when coming here , no one beats the quality and taste of sushi gardens foods.

I was looking for a good sushi place, since I have been recently disappointed from some of the restaurants that I usually go to. Especially about the cleanliness... I don't know if it is just me, but it seems like sushi restaurants are always a little... well, gross.
Let's talk about sushi garden: I had to drive a long way to try this restaurant and I think it was worth it. The sushi was really really good! The ratio fish/rice is great, as you can see from the pictures I added to the review. The service was good, the waitress was attentive (the restaurant was not very busy, though). The atmosphere is nice and it seems like the place is pretty clean. It's a little far from where I live, so I don't know if this can be my new favorite sushi place, but I will be definitely back again, and hopefully it will be as good as the first time. I've tried many sushi places, also some very high rated ones, and I definitely recommend you this restaurant for their sushi!

By far the best sushi in Jacksonville. We eat lots of sushi and this one is always the best. Fresh fish, light on rice and tightly wrapped. Just perfect.

I've been here for take out and dine-in and every time the food is out of this world. It's very calm inside and the presentation of the food is beautiful. Servers are very friendly and the service is quick. Highly recommend the sushi and most importantly the Tonkatsu Ramen! The pork belly is crispy and the broth is rich and comforting. I'll eat it even if it's 100° outside and my AC is broken.

Parking: It's a smaller parking lot with a few storefronts. Plus there's a pool hall so at night it gets a little packed.

Kid-friendliness: They were very nice to make a special request of ramen for my 5 year old. He looooooves "sushi noodles" as he calls this place but there's no kids menu ramen.

Coming from Seattle, we know Sushi. This unassuming sushi place is a gem. Good sushi for a good price. My (Korean) wife and I love this place and are glad to occasionally drive the 30 miles each way to get here, though we have multiple sushi options much closer by. Its not the best, but very much the best for the price, even with the cost of gas...

I love the hibachi here! I also love that they put the white sauce in a bottle on the table so you can use as much as you want.
