I go here every week for take out. It's our favorite sushi place in Jacksonville. They are doing great with Covid in my opinion too. The food is always fresh. I don't have anything but a glowing recommendations. We loveeeee to eat here. Our favorite rolls are the hero, rainbow, dragon, & bmw. We also like to do the sweet potato roll & customize add cream cheese with a side of eel sauce.. it tastes like dessert sushi!

I highly recommend this place! The food is delicious, and the staff are so friendly! I eat here all the time, and I can't recommend this place highly enough. (Try the volcano roll, dragon roll, or the dabomb roll, they're my favorites!)

Ordered 40 bucks worth of food to go. Havent eaten out since February. Went in to pick up my order and the front cash register area was jammed up but they saw me.Small area and another couple comes in and they wait on them first. They decided it was easier to diss me then tell the couple they are next. Oh well the lady had her card declined and the boyfriend wasnt thrilled about paying for their food. When i said something to the server, they acted like they couldnt understand what i was saying. So I just left and will never go back.

Conveniently close to the town center. Great menu options for sushi, sashimi, and cooked food lovers.

Dinner here tonight was amazing,we ordered a few sushi rolls and hibachi chicken teriyaki with vegatbles and of course some clear soup,The customer service was awesome, food came out in a timely manner and tasted just as our tastebuds imagined it tasting (great),The restaurant is nice also inside and clean and we were able to dine in also which was also nice.We will be returning in the near future.

Ordered Love Boat for three. For $60 we asked if they were sure all was included in the bag. Portions are small and sushi, sashimi and rolls were just ok. Could have been an off night, but we wouldn't return.

I just gotta say hats off to our server. She was so impressive. She was the hostess: taking temperatures, seating guests, taking phone calls. She was the server: taking orders, refilling waters, bussing tables, cashing guests out. And not once was I ever like "ugh my food is taking forever" or "man I wish I had more water". She was more on top of it tHan servers that do 1/4th her workload! She was a better server than I ever was thats for sure! So, now that I got my impressiveness out of the way. The food here was good. Not the best sushi I've ever had, but good! I'm just happy there's a sushi place that actually opened up so it definitely gets our business. We went to two others before coming here but they had signs saysing to call to order-yeah no. They lost us as customers. So thanks Sushi House for actually opening up! The shrimp tempura was very good! Not overly fried, so that's appreciated. Three skinny shrimp and some veggies. I do wish it were more shrimp, or at least fatter shrimp, but hey, at least it was yummy. My hubbs got the Spicy sashimi app-the menu says it's spicy but he was it wasn't and the cucumber mellows it's out. I'm not sure what that means as he never let me try his food -_- but I told him I'd add in his excerpt. Ha I got the squid salad and while the presentation was beautiful, the taste was very, blah. It tasted a little old maybe? As some of the squid pieces were hard. I just wouldn't recommend anyone get this. As for sushi I got the BMW, and east coast roll. I didn't think the BMW was that spicy, but I love spicy food. And the east coast was very mellow. I WAS able to snag a bite of my hubbs Hero roll which was VERY good! Probably our favorite! We will definitely come back for the excellent service. And the fact that it seems to be the only sushi place open during COVID. We are excited to try the other foods it has to offer!

Ordered online and went in to grab the pick up. There is no contact so it is very safe. Please expect a wait because most people have ordered by phone or online, so there is a virtual line. We are currently in a pandemic and this restaurant is handling that very well.

I know that it maybe a cultural thing...but when i go to a place to eat.... i don't want to hear "what do you want?". Every time I've come to this place i always get welcome the same way. The food is good, but the service is horrible.

I went with a large group of my friends and the waiter was so patient with us and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. I didn’t catch his name but he was super helpful in explaining the menu. THE SUSHI IS AMAZING!!!!!❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND! “Sushi house” is my new favorite restraint hands down! My entire experience was amazing

Not my favorite place when it comes to sushi and hibachi but it’s the closest in our area for this particular kind of food. Friendly staff and great sushi. The restaurant is very small and a bit pricey for mediocre hibachi.

My favorite sushi place in Jax ! The food is always great and the staff is always friendly no matter which location i visit. Went to the one in the town center and the sushi was on point ( i had the Baymeadows roll and crunchy spicy shrimp rolls)
