This spot has gone hill. Always dirty porch area, patio tables rusty, inside tables always sticky with ice cream from prior people.....need to train the teenagers better that are working here to be honest.

Hardly any flavors available. Only eight of the twelve flavors were available. Apparently they have never served the original tart flavor. Also one young lady states they are transitioning into new owners soon and that's why they don't have much flavors available.

Kind of a disappointment. Several machines were down. Dining room is falling into disrepair, something as simple as taking a broom to knock the caked on dust off the AC vents shouldn't be overlooked. Between that and paint coming of the wall shows a lack of care and pride by owners or employees. Also pretty pricey for what you get, $18 for 2 people.

SO DISAPPOINTING! My daughter has been asking to go there for a while now. I finally decided we would go and try it out. Like many others have mentioned there were several machines down and the place was not very clean looking. But on top of that the frozen yogurt is just not very good! Especially for the price! It was only my 2 young daughters and myself (I made sure we didn't fill up our cups too much) and it was $17!!! In my opinion that money could have been better spent pretty much anywhere else. The only positive I have is that they do have a good variety of toppings, however even those tasted stale and bland. Don't waste your time and money! We will never be going back.
So disappointed… Have always loved sweet frog but came in tonight with a bogo coupon that was current with their business name and address on it and they refused to except it saying that was from a previous owner and they weren't allowed to take them anymore even though it didn't expire for six more months- So we had to spend twice as much as expected after already filling the yogurt cups before being told about the coupon- good yogurt But bad management and bad customer service

I can't even believe this place is still up and running! This place has gone so down hill these last couple of years. Bugs everywhere, no yogurt machines working and there were bugs inside one of the broken machines! This place needs to be shut down ASAP! If I could give 0 stars I would but sadly can not.
