Just came through the drive-through. I paid for extra meat and definitely didn't get it. No napkins or sauce. SMH. I GET 1 MEAL A DAY AND REALLY DON'T LIKE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING AND GET SMALL PROTEIN 😒 no I'm not homeless on SSI and can't afford to eat 2or 3 meals a day!!!!!! 😞😓

Another great Taco Bell location. I usually order on the app and pick up so everything goes nice and smoothly. Service today was fast and friendly. My order was mostly correct. I asked for fire sauce and they gave me mild which is disappointing, but I have some backup packets at home for occasions just like this.

They missed some items in our order, so we had to go back, but when we called and spoke with the general manager she was very helpful and attentive to the issue. We got our food, and everything was made fresh!
Very hard to find people with good customer service skills, so I really appreciated that she cared enough to correct it and be professional.
