I ordered chips and cheese and never got a single cheese dip that I ordered I also had to wait 35 minutes for my food just to have items missing then on top of it I was short a quesadilla for my kid terrible wait times and service I asked for a refund then go hung up on avoid this place if you can

There were four cars in front of me and it took me over an hour to get my food and it took me over twenty minutes to get it waiting at the window of the drive through. Staff was almost nowhere to be found and was rude and not helpful at all when I finally got my food. DO NOT EVER COME HERE unless you would like an unpleasant experience

My receipt been being used the whole time the still your point before you get a chance to retrieve i need to speak to Manager and corporate
Went through the drive thru and they were ready to get my order before I finished braking! Then made the best Taco Bell I have ever had! I had to call them a give my compliments directly to the chef! 10/10 I would have pictures but it was gone too fast
