Great cheap meal . Usually great service.
I came back to Taco Bell for the first time in 5 years and I found out quickly why I left. When I read the words deluxe meal I am expecting something that is fulfilling fun delicious. It's not deluxe take the name off. The crunchwrap supreme with the chicken fingers in it is tiny I remember when the crunchwrap supreme was the serious thing and you ate it and you were happy now it's a chicken finger wrapped in a tortilla with a few tomatoes in the corner. Remember the cheesy gordita crunch? You better hope you don't with this flat lobstrosity. Y'all are not being paid to be skimp why are you skimp with the lettuce and filling? Do you think mr taco Bell is going to pay you more because you gave customers flat and broken taco shells? I'm not coming back, what a mistake. I'd rather pay more for a decent meal than a company who forgot who it was 20 years ago. Bring back the mexipizza and the vegan full size crunchwrap supreme with the black beans and red sauce! Oh how I miss you my lost sweet love š

NIGHT CREW DOESNT WANT TO COOK..
Point blank thatās the problem. The street chalupas are a limited item yes, and supply CAN run out, yes. However EVERY time I go here after dark, or after 8-11pm they are āout of street chalupasā. Once one of the girls used the verbiage āwere out of them for the nightā but Iāve gone to multiple other Taco Bellās all within a short window and not another Taco Bell has yet to tell me they are out of the chalupas.. so, with that being said I can only come to one conclusion. They just donāt want to do it. When I have a craving for these it causes me to have to drive 15 mins out of the way !! Just because these folks donāt want to do themā¦. Bad service!! The drive through line also is always a mile long and they go SLOW itās not fast food AT ALL.

My friend and I just went through the drive through to order and we both placed our orders separately in the app. She told us that we could not do 2 orders in one car and would have to pick up one order and go through the line again to pick up our second order. I cannot wrap my head around how that's any different from us placing one order verbally through the drive through with her rather than both of us making an order in-app, but apparently it was too much work for this employee to process them separately. Absolutely ridiculous policy and unacceptable, we both canceled our orders and went elsewhere. Absolutely will NOT be coming back to this location and have never run into this issue before at other locations. It'll be a while before either of us go to Taco Bell again.

So I can understand mixing items up. But not adding items paid for is complete negligence. 2 beef chalupa supremes should NOT amount to 4.47 in credit. That is not even the cost of a single chalupa. Keep this up and this establishment will have a lawsuit on their hands. I would avoid this particular Taco Bell since they canāt read a simple order. I would also like to point out that this particular review is after MULTIPLE failed order. This restaurant has a success rate of roughly 42%. This review would be different if the establishment offered proper compensation for their negligence.
