So I can understand mixing items up. But not adding items paid for is complete negligence. 2 beef chalupa supremes should NOT amount to 4.47 in credit. That is not even the cost of a single chalupa. Keep this up and this establishment will have a lawsuit on their hands. I would avoid this particular Taco Bell since they can’t read a simple order. I would also like to point out that this particular review is after MULTIPLE failed order. This restaurant has a success rate of roughly 42%. This review would be different if the establishment offered proper compensation for their negligence.

All imma say fire Larry immediately!!! He a joke. Rude and terrible service by him, also there was literally 3 huge trash bags at the door when u walk in I should have known it was gonna be that. TRASH. Not coming back to this location till he fired.

We had a wonderful girl take our order, she was so sweet. I do t recall her name right now. We sat inside to wait for our food. Great atmosphere ! Super fun and modern. We like this one. Always a good experience at this taco bell.
Paying dang near a whole dollar for just a small side of extra sauce for it to barely cover the bottom of the container is just insulting :(

Reviewed this place several months ago. Terrible service, not enough employees. My update for October: Employees they do have are faster now but the service is still horrible. They actively ignore customers. You have to yell at them to get your drink (cup). They ignore delivery people completely. And customers are usually mad about the service. There is no management apparently.
Recommendation: Go the extra 6 miles to the next closest Taco Bell if you really want Taco Bell food.
