HOLY CRAP! Not sure what happened to this TacoBell but it used to be great and now it will have 3-5 cars in the drive through and take 45+ minutes to get through and get your food (even if you ordered ahead on the app). WILD how insanely slow this place is!!

Don't eat at this Taco Bell unless you want to wait in the drive thru line for 45 minutes. After I waited nearly an hour, 10 minutes at the speaker alone, my order of only 2 tacos and a drink was still not correct. Not touching this place again.

Visited on 12-21-25. First off, the inside was way too cold to sit and enjoy your meal! There is no reason for this. Food was not totally fresh. They serve the chalupa with a cold and hard shell. It should be warm. The cinnamon crisp were hard and couldn't chew easily. Would frequent more if they improved overall. People like quality and love Taco Bell, but at its best!!

I requested easy on all spicy and questioned a second time if he relayed to them? He said he did, but crunch wrap was overly spicy?? I called store and spoke to them regarding. He did not put on order, either!

I went to Taco Bell for one simple reason: my combo. The same combo I’ve been ordering since I was 15. I’m 42 now. Do the math. This was a long-term relationship.

Combo #1: burrito supreme, crunchy taco supreme, and a drink. That’s it. No confusion. No personality crisis.

I get there… it’s gone.

Not “hidden.” Not “renamed.” Gone.

And in its place? A menu full of chaotic inventions. Like who is in charge over there? Why does everything sound like it was created at 2am by someone going through something?

I don’t need a burrito that’s “loaded,” “grilled,” “double-stacked,” “remixed,” or whatever identity it’s trying on this week. I just wanted my regular order. The one that never failed me.

Anyway, I stood there like someone who just realized their childhood home was turned into a vape shop.

0/10 for emotional damage.

Literally just wanted some soft supreme tacos after a long shift and I get home to find that I have crunchy tacos. Two times in a row this location has given me crunchy instead of the soft I requested. I JUST WANT SOFT TACOS PLEASE I AM BEGGING OF YOU

A long time ago on the other coast, I really loved Taco Bell, but this location was a real disappointment.
I recently tried another location — and again, the experience was negative.
The food is bland, the chalupa isn’t tasty, everything feels old, and the tables are outdated.
There are plenty of other places where the food is actually good and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Best run Taco Bell I've found in Jacksonville. Polite, helpful staff. Clean restaurant! It's worth me driving out of my way to come back to this location.

Flight Risk

Rude, lazy staff. You walk in and they won’t even acknowledge you. I stood at the counter for 15 min with no one saying a word to me despite looking at me and walking right by the counter several times. I had a mobile order. They didn’t even have to do anything. Finally I just left.

The workers are always so rude. I went this evening and I got 2 tacos that I didn’t realize were in the box deal so when I realized when I got to the window and told them I would like the box instead (mind you I literally already ordered 2 items that were in it) they were extremely rude and acted like I just asked them the stupidest question ever. I have never been treated with respect at this location and I do not suggest this location to anyone who cares about how they’re treated.

I just got off work and I forgot all I had was a $50 on me. I was getting food for my kids and I don’t know the cashier and the managers name but they didn’t give me any issue about breaking the 50. Very patient and sweet. I wish I knew their names

Earlier on our way home we went through the Drive thru and placed 2 separate orders. Then went around and parked. I went in to order, and there was I'm assuming was the manager and another employee putting up christmas trees. I went to the counter, and waited to order. A young man handed over two orders, then walked away. Another young gentleman that was working in the back also walked by and never asked if I wanted to order anything or offered to take my order. The first young man that had handed over the orders ahead of me walk by took off his gloves and proceeded to go out to the lobby. Never stopping to ask if I wanted to place an order. There was no kiosk to make an order. I finally got so disgusted that I walked out without placing an order. I can see why this particular Taco Bell has a low rating. Best thing is to order either online or through the drive-thru as if you go inside to order they will totally disregard you. The drive-through was not that busy nor was the lobby. But I guess putting up a Christmas tree or two Christmas trees takes presidents to customers

I literally can’t with this damn place. I had sat there for over 15 minutes while people kept walking around and looking at me. They suck at their job and the service is terrible. It should never take 20 minutes for you to get an order when you have 6 people working in there. Do better

Took 21 mins to get to the speaker when I was third in line in drive through so far, still waiting as I speak.
EDIT since I got my order and whoever the girl was at the speaker absolutely should be fired. I told her I said to her previously almost 20 minutes ago that I’m here for a mobile order. And gave her my name Lindo. She forgot to turn off the microphone and said in a mocking tone “I said it already I been here 15 minutes ago mehmehmeh I’m like YES actually THANK you. And no, I’ve been here for FOURTY minutes when I’m the third car in line since I got here.” And the other two didn’t have big orders and there were 14 cars in line behind me. One honked at me because I wasn’t moving and I honked back because it’s not my fault their service is absolutely horrendous and whoever that girl was on the speaker should be fired. That’s stuff you keep to yourself not openly state on an UNMUTED microphone; I wasn’t rude in tone or anything and said i understand it’s Halloween and stuff gets busy but in no way should I be disrespected like that.
