This bad review is strictly based on the new pricing of Taco Bell. The people working there are great and the food is consistent however I’m blown away at the price increases and wanted to voice it.Taco Bell has always been the best place to eat when you need some food on a budget. Ever since when l was a kid even. Taco Bell had been my safe haven for a quick meal at the end of the day.Over the last few months their pricing has skyrocketed. I used to pay maybe $10-$12 for a full meal and it would be stacked. Now for the same meal they charge like $25!!! The increase on that is astronomical.So now I’m sitting here having to make decisions on if I’m going to go to Taco Bell or an actual dine in restaurant which I never thought I would have to put them in the same category.I’m truly disappointed in the decision to inflate your prices and it’s most definetly not just a move based on inflation.I feel Taco Bell is forgetting who their base market is and is trying to take advantage of their brand recognition and it’s sad. I will now be much more selective of the nights I go here

Would have been great if the chalupa shells were freshly made instead of both hard and cold.
Despite not being acknowledged at the counter until I had to speak up, the staff was friendly and the food came out fast. This is the first time that I thought I was given enough cheese for my nachos. I had my usual soft tacos. I also tried the chicken quesadilla. It was horrible, the sauce was sickeningly sweet.

Sometimes you get that TB hankering. For me it about 3 or 4 times a year. This location is a bit hit or miss. In the past they’ve forgotten items or put in wrong items. Sometimes the food was skimpy or scrappy. However, I’ve had times where the food was good and times where the staff was very efficient and pleasant. Like I said, hit or miss. This latest time was around 6 in the evening on a weekday. The order was correct, the food hot, and everything was made correctly and quelled the hankering sufficiently. The staff member at the window this time, however, was more interested in her phone than putting forth any more effort than absolutely necessary. The TB app is one of the better ones out there so using it is definitely the way to go. Overall this is a decent location, probably as good as I’ve seen in Jax. Order with the app and check your bag before you move from the drive-up window.

This Taco Bell appears to be recently remodeled. It's clean and modern looking. Though it was after the lunch crush the dining area was clean and uncluttered. The service was fast and food was great. Love the vegetarian menu!
