Today was terrible service left drive thru was rushed I come all the time I asked for them not to be mean and her attitude through the mic oh my gosh, ask about a free Taco they said they added on the end of the order well my thing is I want to order my lunch and not over order so I wanted to know if I would get the taco, simple question, anything else anything else anything else customers make your money and it's a rainy day and you're so slow, thank you

I got drive-through with the New St., Chalupa tacos and they were made incorrectly when I called. I have to say I have lived here for almost 20 years and this is the first time I have seen a manager go the distance that this one dead I wish I remembered his name. It began with a N I think neko but he had replacements delivered to my home And they were incredibly built. I truly hope that this is the new level of guest experience to look forward to at this Taco Bell. This manager clearly has a good concept on customer relations and customer satisfaction. If this is what I can expect from Nico’s management services, I’ll start dining there a lot more my kids love Taco Bell and I’m tired of driving to a different location to get satisfaction

My quesadilla was burnt and lacking chicken. I had to throw away my food. Will not return definitely Tacos were ok. Burrito was below average
This specific Taco Bell has dramatically improved it's service over the past few years. The only problem I have is the inability to get quick service when going into the restaurant to order. It seems like they put all their effort into the drive thru customers.

If you are going to spend your waking hours running a restaurant at least put some damn pride in your work. Food from this Taco Bell is not suitable to feed to a dog, let alone my family. Do better or go find a different job.

The one day I don't order delivery and choose to save 5 bucks and go pick it up, they not only were completely combative but outright said they never got my order when I can clearly show them it says the order is ready to pick up at the exact location 2 minutes from my house on the app. Telling me I have the location wrong. I became a karen today unfortunately.

Always clean, portions are reasonable and for some reason this location just tastes better than the other ones I've tried in town. My son is always like Mom it's our favorite taco Bell!! Yes we drive an extra twenty minutes to come to this one.
