The women on your staff tonight were amazing! For 1AM the woman taking my order was so sweet and lively and bubbly. Everything was right, all the sauces and extras and the no tomatoes I asked for were not on there. No complaints! Those girls kick ass and she made me smile driving away . She's funny!

Pretty good, but a couple of complaints: charging for cheese sauce ( it's melted cheese), and can you please cut off the music? Some of us would like to eat in peace..
I paid $1.90 for EXTRA sour cream on the burritos and there was NONE! Also my crunchwrap supreme had no sour cream and there was 4 tomatoes on the whole thing. Wasn't happy! I don't usually eat Taco Bell because the quality is not the same but the commercial kept coming on during football so I had a craving.

When I got home I realized that even though I counted what I got, I should have checked each individual wrapping because not one single item in the bag was what I ordered. And the food that was in the bag was cold with quesadillas that weren’t even warmed. I tried calling to get a refund and the line just kept ringing. Very disappointed.

Asked for extra beef, extra nacho cheese, extra sour cream and all I got was extra chips but had to pay extra for what I asked for just to not get it.
Today was terrible service left drive thru was rushed I come all the time I asked for them not to be mean and her attitude through the mic oh my gosh, ask about a free Taco they said they added on the end of the order well my thing is I want to order my lunch and not over order so I wanted to know if I would get the taco, simple question, anything else anything else anything else customers make your money and it's a rainy day and you're so slow, thank you

I got drive-through with the New St., Chalupa tacos and they were made incorrectly when I called. I have to say I have lived here for almost 20 years and this is the first time I have seen a manager go the distance that this one dead I wish I remembered his name. It began with a N I think neko but he had replacements delivered to my home And they were incredibly built. I truly hope that this is the new level of guest experience to look forward to at this Taco Bell. This manager clearly has a good concept on customer relations and customer satisfaction. If this is what I can expect from Nico’s management services, I’ll start dining there a lot more my kids love Taco Bell and I’m tired of driving to a different location to get satisfaction
