Drive through is horrible.. it takes 2+ hours just to order and get your food... This place needs a whole new staff ... People who actually work and know how to run a drive through.. there's no reason it should take 2+ hours... It's much faster to drive across town to another Taco bell with better staff.

The disrespect I received here was crazy… was rushed to complete my order, woman literally asked after every item I listed If I was done with my order, then she handed me the order, with no offer of a receipt, made wrong. I had to turn back around to be told, “I didn’t hear you say that. You’re gonna have to give us that one though.” No shit, I didn’t want it to begin with lmao you made it wrong and she definitely heard me the first time. Then she snatches it out of my hand. Would be negative stars if I could. White woman, blonde hair, about mid 20’s… needs to be fired. Very disrespectful with unnecessary attitude.

there were only 3 people visible. they were holding it down- despite being a large order for 5 people, we still got the order in under 10 minutes. the food was hot, pretty, and everything was correct.

Often come here for food. Usually I pull up to the window but today it was delivery. So far, I've had good experiences with this location and will definitely come back. Thanks to the works, staff preparing the food, serving the community and delivery drivers. 👌
Ordered online at 10:02 on 11/15/24 They didn't put my cinnamon twist in bag I called to speak with the manager. He said he put cinnamon twist in the order. I said I would not be telling a lie about food I paid for and it's not in the bag . When I first drove to the drive thru we asked young lady we thought it comes in individual boxes, because we had two different crunch wraps she looked thru the bag and said it was labeled. When I came to pick up my cinnamon twist her and the manager standing there like I was telling a lie. So I asked her when she was going thru the bag why she didn't see that my cinnamon twist was in the bag she gave me attitude and didn't want to answer the question. Then she we are not allowed to go thru the bag. I said but you did go through the bag. I just left pissed off because the manger called me a liar. And girl standing there looking stupid. Like she didn't go through the bag. I hope someone over them looks at the cameras and see they both are lying. This taco bell on Merrill Rd . I never had a problem until tonight.

Was serviced by Brandon T tonight and I must admit. He has the worse attitude and service imagined for a fast food drive thru attendant! You are the 1st in contact with a customer who is responsible for greeting customers respectfully and not sigh and rush a person during thier selections to place an order. Brandon not only continued sighing after each selection we made, when we got to the window he rolled his eyes. He was asked a simple question before payment of "is your freeze machine working" and he abruptly stated and rolled his eyes and raised his hands saying "Im not adding add-ons, you gon' have to get back in line again for a add on". The attitude was not needed nor called for when asked a simple question. All that was needed to say was a YES/NO. And if I did chose to add at that time, Brandon should have THEN said that add-ons aren't allowed at the window or something like that, but that did not occur. He raised his tone, raised and waved his hands aggressively and said what he is NOT going to do. He asked if we wanted any sauce, I asked for Original sauce and he smirked, rolled his eyes, then closed the window on us, re-opened the window to give us the food with absolutely NO sauce and just looked at us and said "have a good night then closed the window. Brandon needs training on his attitude and customer service, he lacks training and skills. From that experience and treatment from Brandon, I didnt even feel comfortable eating my food, I feel like he did something to it, so threw it all away. A waste of rime and money just because of poor service. I will NOT be visiting again and will NOT recommend anyone to this Taco Bell.

I can here for dinner tonight. The worker Brandon T. that was in drive thru was very rude and unprofessional. He cap rushing me as I was ordering my food. Then get to the window and I ask a simple question he rolls his eyes at me and slam the window in my face. I was wasn't being rude or anything. He made it seem like he didn't even want to be there. He needs to be retrained or he needs to find him a new job. All that attitude was very unnecessary. It's a way you do your job. Don't have to worry about me coming back to that location no time soon. I'll take the drive and go to the one on Atlantic Blvd.
