I stood at counter for a long time waiting to place an order. No one was at the counter until finally someone approaches and asked if I wanted to order. I am legally blind and carry a white cane. I replied yes, I would like to order. The person at the counter told me to use the kiosk. I said I am blind. They then agreed to take my order. No thanks. I left walked out. If I am going to pay $10 for the awful food at TB, then Iām not using a kiosk to order even if I could see.

Excellent service today! Got hard taco supreme. Made nicely and didn't seem thrown together. Chicken chalupa supreme. One of my favorites. Topped it off with a nacho bell grande. Had 3 cars in front of me and only waited a few minutes. Cashier was friendly. I forgot to ask for sauce but she already had my bag full with a variety and extra napkins.

They no longer acknowledge customers' presence. Waits are normally 5 mins or more. And, the employees act as thow were disturbing them.
