Cashiers do not know math. They don't know the difference between total and subtotal. No receipt given. I wanted an additional item that I couldn't have received with the money I had but was given the wrong information. They lost additional business because of it.

Just waited for over 15 minutes in the drive-through to be told they were out of beef and chicken because they had 10 deliveries. Maybe they should turn off their online ordering if they can’t help their real actual customers in person.

If I could give this 0 stars I would . Ignored at the counter by the staff waited a few mins and still nothing. Walked out . No sense of urgency.

Went to the drive through and was asked to wait, I waited 5 minutes and then gave up and went inside. The cashier was super nice and friendly. And it didn’t take long to get my food. That was great! I checked the food and found that there was sour cream on my nachos when I asked for no sour cream and asked for them to remake it. A woman came up and said “next time you order this, say you don’t want sour cream BEFORE.” Well first off, I did, but secondly, you’d have to remake it either way. I don’t understand why she had to be rude to me about it. The food was slapped together and thrown in a bag. Could have been better.

This restaurant takes the “fast” out of fast food. If you decide to dine in, be prepared for a LONG wait to place your order. The number of customers waiting at the counter has no bearing on when they will get around to taking your order. I waited 15 minutes to order, the 3 customers who came in after me left after the cashier disappeared again after taking my order. I would say this place has to be the worst, but I’m always surprised at the lack of customer service and simple common courtesy in so many places nowadays, but this location is certainly in the running for World’s Worst.

Very slow service I always avoid this place. If you're the owner and you're reading this, you are missing out on a lot of money by how slow your service is. I've seen countless people pull out of your drive-thru. Explain to your management the importance of time management and if the fact is the food needs to be cooked fresh then you are not preparing properly. It's fast food sometimes you have to throw it away if nobody orders it. Get with the program. Having it ready and available is the most important thing.

The service and the quality of your food match the managers attitude. This location sucks. If I could give -5 stars i would. This place needs better management and maybe the employees would look happier. Instead of walking in to find the big girl with pinkish short hair yelling and cussing.

I actually had the nerve to ask questions about my order. I was treated like I was being a royal pain. I have the right to ask questions about the food, how the combos are grouped and prices. Eye rolling, sighing and condescending tones do not bring return business. Burrito contents was soup and the end wasn't bent up and it ran all over the place, all the tacos were broken, the chick chalupa was still partially frozen. Additionally they don't know how to count charge with a cash register in front of them.
