The service and the quality of your food match the managers attitude. This location sucks. If I could give -5 stars i would. This place needs better management and maybe the employees would look happier. Instead of walking in to find the big girl with pinkish short hair yelling and cussing.

I actually had the nerve to ask questions about my order. I was treated like I was being a royal pain. I have the right to ask questions about the food, how the combos are grouped and prices. Eye rolling, sighing and condescending tones do not bring return business. Burrito contents was soup and the end wasn't bent up and it ran all over the place, all the tacos were broken, the chick chalupa was still partially frozen. Additionally they don't know how to count charge with a cash register in front of them.

Food sloppy, wrong and missing items. This is the worst taco bell in Jacksonville. The whole crew needs to be fired. 3rd time in 6 months I have tried this place and ALL 3 time very very disappointed. At this point I will go hungry before I give this place another chance to take my money and I can't eat it..... Taco Bell really needs to close this place down and start over.

Super slow service. I've never been able to order here without them telling me to pull over to a parking spot. They don't even try to get you your food on time. Super annoying place to go. No other Taco Bell makes you wait 20 minutes for a $3 burrito.
Dread going here but it’s the closest Taco Bell to me. I pull up at 930 on a Sunday and they say they aren’t taking any Taco Bell orders, only kfc…can they just close this one down already? It’s ruining the franchise for me

I just ordered from them and they made us wait on fries that were still cold. And then when i order two crunchwraps the chips were soggy inside and it was barely any meat inside i couldn’t finish it cus all was left was a big wrap of tortilla…… literally no filling and the crunch wrap had to be heated up in the microwave. And it still wasn’t good. Im very pissed. They dont need to make tacos if they dont know how to make them. It was the worst tacos i ever had .

Just went to this location at 5:10pm on 11/21. Limited communication from the woman taking orders until she asked me to pull up to wait for my order. Requested that fire sauce be placed in the bag before I pulled up. When the food came out, there was no sauce so I asked the man who brought out the food if I could please get some to which he replied “you can come inside if you want some.” Ridiculous response. Was given no receipt and order was wrong.

Never have i ever been to such a crappy establishment... First of all, how are you out of sweet tea at noon... Secondly, the girl who took my order at the speaker, didn't even put it into the system for my food to be prepared... I got to the window and she had to then retake my order THEN gave me my total.. I was the 2nd car to be asked to park then they brought me the wrong order. Avoid this place like the plague.. You'll leave with cold food and a bad mood due to the people not fulfilling orders correctly..
