Cashiers do not know math. They don't know the difference between total and subtotal. No receipt given. I wanted an additional item that I couldn't have received with the money I had but was given the wrong information. They lost additional business because of it.
Went to the drive through and was asked to wait, I waited 5 minutes and then gave up and went inside. The cashier was super nice and friendly. And it didn’t take long to get my food. That was great! I checked the food and found that there was sour cream on my nachos when I asked for no sour cream and asked for them to remake it. Just went to this location at 5:10pm on 11/21. Limited communication from the woman taking orders until she asked me to pull up to wait for my order. Requested that fire sauce be placed in the bag before I pulled up. When the food came out, there was no sauce so I asked the man who brought out the food if I could please get some to which he replied “you can come inside if you want some.” Ridiculous response. Was given no receipt and order was wrong.
