Rude and disgusting acting staff. Waited in the line for over an hour. Just to say an online order is not ready and said it will take another 15 minutes. The rude staff stated that I will have to wait in the line again after already waiting for an hour. The staffs suggestion to the inconvenience is to cancel the order if you want to. The entire Night Shift needs to be fired because they don't care about anyone or anything at all.

This place needs new management to come in and do training for all employees on how to give A1 service to customers. How the food should look, be presented, and what customer service is. Stop spending your money where you're not appreciated that's the only way for change

Service was very poor. Food was i guess ok. They use to be great now not so much. There hot sauces are a joke.
My problem was they made me come inside and said the drive thru was down when in reality they wanted a break doing whatever . And couldn’t do the drive thru because of their times .
They have bad food and very very bad service I’m not gonna come again to buy any food from them

Just seemed very lazy. Went to the drive through this evening, December 8th, at 8:15pm. They asked me to wait. Then 10 mins later, I say “hello” as cars are piling behind me. Then they asked my order, I gave my order. Then they ask me to wait again (no cars in front of me). After 5 more minutes I gave up , pulled up to the window. Lady comes and says “we don’t take orders at the window”, no “hi” or anything. I told her that I gave my order already. She says “oh, it wasn’t me that took it”. Then just walked away. I wait now another 5 minutes at the window, then give up and I go inside. When inside my order gets taken by Mariam S. Mariam was not the rude lady, the rude one was the only other female that was there at that time. Slim, med brown, around 5ft 9. I understand being short staffed, but this was just rude and careless. If you didn’t take the order, then why not get the person that did. She literally just walked away and left me at the window.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no cars in front of me, lady came on speaker and asked me to wait a minute 10 minutes later still never took my order. So I circled around to make the drive thru thing go off again and once again she came on the speaker again and asked me to wait not realizing she already told me to wait before I circled the drive thru again! There was literally no one in the drive thru in front of me the employees just didn’t take my order! The worst service I have ever experienced in a drive thru considering drive thrus are supposed to be prioritized over lobby orders!!

Every time I order any shell that needs to be grilled the shell is undercooked and doughy. I have not even had a chance to enjoy this decades meal because the shell is doughy every time I go there. Fix your training
