The only problem I had was when I looked on the front door for the open time it said 10am. Then my friend looked on line and found the drive through was open. This information should have been on the front door. Also no other car went to the drive through for us to get a clue. All in all everything was great.

The workers were slammed but remained calm and respectful. Food was fresh to order. The drive thru was wrapped around the building and lobby was full but they hustled and cleared it out by the time I left. Overall the wait was a little long but they apologized and the food was correct. They even put napkins in the bag! Also something must be wrong with their app because I ordered at 8:37pm and it said the food would be ready by 8:40 which I think is unrealistic for a party pack.

Placed an order on the app and it accidentally got duplicated. Could not cancel order, and when a driver came to pick up the second order the store told them it had already been picked up. Order was also then marked as delivered on app without arrival. Tried to get in contact with store but no response.

This has to be the worse place to eat after going into the lobby and waiting for 20 min they wanted me to place an order on a Kia that doesn’t take cash so when I refuse to do that, they just kept on and act like I wasn’t even there 20 minutes later. I finally just walked out and called the corporate office and complaint and when they offered me a free coupon, I told them I did not want it. I would never eat at their establishment again. I am a business owner myself, and if my employees ever treated anyone that way, I would fire them on the Spot

I used the drive thru. I stated my order, which they only heard half of, so I don't know if the speaker system was malfunctioning, or the employee was only half listening. The problem was rectified after I parked and went inside. There was no attitude, just helpful service.
