Even though I love TACOBELL waiting 30 minutes is crazy little alone being yelled at to be patient because I got irritated and asked how much longer horrible service they should rethink who they hire slow workers with attitude and loud mouths that cuss around customers

This Taco Bell sucks when it comes to picking up DoorDash. You'll end up waiting at least 15 to 20 minutes for an order which is completely ridiculous. They're always short of staff and they seem to never acknowledge when you walk up to the window.

I needed help with ordering food. Had to yell behind counter to get help. Then I was given attitude because I needed help. Waited 45 minutes in lobby for food. I watched 3 others got food before me they came in after me. I also watch 4 people walk out because of the rudness. The employees were more Interested in talking to eachother, on cell phones and standing at the back room talking. The whole experience was absolutely horrible.

Standard service, they were clearly understaffed and the person in the window was trying to take orders and hand out orders at the same moment. No greeting, no words spoken, just orders being taken while I wait for my food at the window. I don’t expect much but I at least want to be spoken to when I’m being handed a lemonade I didn’t order and I politely mention I didn’t order a lemonade. Not eyes rolled and a window slammed shut!
