Boy, taco bell prices have gone up. Decided to eat at this taco bell in a fairly bad part of town. Was pleasantly surprised to see that it was nice and clean inside unlike some of the others I have been to recently. You weren't forced to use theself serve order monitor at this one either. Please put the bean burrito back on the menu. There is now a bean and rice burrito, so if you're not fond of rice and have them not put it on, you have to pay extra for extra beans or it will be crazy thin. Food was good, will be eating at this one again soon.

Went through the drive-in. Saw some negative reviews about food not being all there or not having enough in the tortilla. Had no issue with my order aside from the baja blast tasting a 'lil off. It happens. I've worked at fast food before. The drink was free anyway. My guess is they just cleaned the soda fountain or the drink was running out.The lady taking my order was kind and patient. I just wonder if those who wrote the negative reviews weren't so kind and patient.

Do not go through the drive through and order. Use the app and pick up your food. Literally out of the 10 things that I ordered only 3 were right... Definitely check your bag before leaving because it's probably completely wrong.

Placed a Togo order online. Left the house. Took ten min to drive there. Then waited 45 min for my order to be wrong twice then completely remade. Horrible service. Will not be returning. Earn your money Taco Bell workers.

I moved here from St. Petersburg where the cost of living is a lot higher but somehow all the Taco Bell’s here are way more expensive. The franchise owners price the $5 boxes at $9 because they can set the prices differently than corporate. Because of these insane Taco Bell prices here in Jacksonville I can no longer justify eating here every day. I wonder who owns the franchises here in Jacksonville because they are all priced the same on the app. Goodbye Taco Bell. Sorry but I refuse to pay $10 for a cravings box. The franchise owners here are price gouging.
