Even though I was the only person at ordering counter, was still shortened 2 tenders that was payed for. Jeez, I thought McDonald's was bad for shorting you.

If you do food delivery gig work, avoid KFC unless you enjoy waiting 10 plus minutes (unpaid, of course) for orders to be ready, even if the restaurant is basically empty of customers.
McDonald’s, Chik-Fil-A, Panera, are all better alternatives.

The chicken was good. The atmosphere felt like I walked into a hostile environment. The cashier black lady with blond hair was speaking very loudly to the person she was helping. the customer remained calm but her voice stayed elevated. She was also yelling at some of the workers she said something about being short staffed as to why the drive thru was blocked off with a white car. I love KFC but I will not be going back to this one. Thats sad because it is near my house.

I have zero to say good. This place is a joke. It’s filthy. Everyone on phones or leaning . No one wants to work everyone lags and tells others to help the customer. The food is like from the day before. It’s just gross. I used to live KFC now they may as well close their doors. I remember when it was a lovely fast food place. And I don’t like fast food. Oh well another one bites the dust.

This place is not even deserving of the two stars it has. Showed up at 10:00 to pick up my Uber order and was told that KFC closes at 10:00 what fast food place closes at 10:00 website says 11:00. I guess the employees get to make up whatever hours they want and how they want to work and if they want to work. September 17th Wednesday night 10:00 p.m. won't pick up another order from here

Attention Corporate Management Team. It is unacceptable on the wait time at the drive thru location to place an order after 15 minutes not to mention if you had an emergency and another car is behind you , you wouldn't be able to get out of the drive thru . I requested to speak with the Manager Laura and she stated it's because she has a new employee. I advised her I visited this location approximately six weeks ago and stayed in Drive approximately 15 minutes then I was advised they must take care online orders first. I don't have this issue at no other KFC. Do they not take online orders at other locations ? It would be great to meet with your management Team to brain storm on how you all can perhaps make sure customer have a better experience. The marketing tool is others sharing their experience. Thank you and i hope if i visit again the experience will be better. Sincerely

Well 10 years on I have tried to eat here again. They are holding each car for 10 minutes. Won't come back, not sure how it continues to be this bad. Heck I'd leave now if I could still trapped in drive through 30 minutes now.

Showed up at 6:30pm on a Tuesday evening and they were out of chicken. After we waited in drive thru line for 15 minutes. How the heck can you run out of chicken!!! Terrible every time we go here!
