17th in Jacksonville, FL ; Worst KFC experience ever. In reading the comments it seems to be pretty consistent. Chicken is cold ,dark in appearance, looking like old chicken and or old grease. The two chicken tender meals I ordered were absolutely 🤮. After waiting about 7 minutes for it, We received two meals with cold chewy chicken almost as if the chicken had been refried. It looked and tasted like old chicken. We are NEVER returning to this location, you should not either unless you want to waste money and eat bad food. Management you need to do better, it may even be an Owner issue trying to save a buck. Well you lost all of mine.

Quick service wrong order. I hate spicy food and I ordered 1 item, honey bbq nuggets, they sent out the some flaming hot garbage that I had to throw away.

Food was awful! I ordered at the window at 4pm. Three tenders, fries, biscuit and a drink. Fries were cold and limp saturated in grease. The tenders were over done. The only thing edible was the biscuit.

I would give this place zero stars if I could went through the drive-through order our food they asked us what dipping sauce we would like we tell them. Get to the window pay $30 for two small meals. They asked us to move up that they would bring our food. We get our food after about 10 minutes later. Get home. Open up our food, which is literally three minutes down the road the coleslaw is sour. We have no dipping sauce and the chicken that we got was like the chicken was leftovers. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this place, but this was definitely my last time going. Can’t wait till they shut this place down.
Common Sense flew out the window. My bill was $5.90 I gave the girl a $10 bill and a dollar bill and she couldn't figure out give me $5.10 back cuz she stuck in the register I gave her $10 if you are a cashier known how to do math and not use a cell phone to get the answer

Service was very slow, then food barely warm. I ate inside, so no excuse. Workers were extremely loud, just not a good experience. To tired for hassle, just will never go back.

This was my last time going in that location. I've been kicked out and left twice due to poor service. 10 people working an all if them look at u like ur crazy for being in there. I would go to another location before wasting ur time at this one.
