I have been coming here frequently. Now I no longer will. I have not once been told to pull into a parking spot. The service was slow in drive thru. I placed my order through the mobile app. It is 3 people here. Why wasnt my food ready? Yall knew I was here when I said my name at the speaker box. I said no ice in my drinks and the lady still put ice in them. Attention to detail is a must. Thank you all for messing up. I wont be back.

The white lady working in the drive-through widow was very rude to us & to another customer who was asking for her help. He tried to ask for an order that he was picking up & she worth a real crappy attitude said i called that a while ago is sitting right here, he wasn't even there when she called out. Then, when he tried to talk to her, she turned around, walked away from him, and didn't help him any further. As she was standing at the counter, handing my mom's order to her. My mom tried to talk to her, and she turned her back and walked away from her, like she didn't even say anything when we tried to talk to her. She just looked at us and then continued to walk away and acted like we weren't even speaking. She was very rude. Very unhelpful. The young man that was working in the back making everybody's food. He was helping everybody. He was trying to deescalate the situations that were going on the whole time we were there. I wished I could have got his name, but he was the most helpful person there.

I really liked this place, as well as the nearby Lily FS restaurant! Taco Bell offers delicious and filling Mexican inspired food. Richly flavored burritos and tacos are always fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, perfect for a quick bite with friends or a group. Like Lily FS Restaurant (at 1706 Southside Blvd #6, Jacksonville, FL 32216), the attention to quality and taste is top notch. The staff is always happy to help and the food is always fresh and delicious. Will definitely come back again!

Ordered directly through the app, missing items, the app asks for an order number to report. But no order number on the app and no receipt given at the window.
