Horrible service. Do not recommend. Got 2 of the new cantina chicken meals and the tacos literally have no meat in them and they are trying to say that's how they are suppose to come. Refused to fix the situation for me and refused to refund me. Which is against their 100% satisfaction or money back policy.

Ordered 2 chalupas, 2 nacho and cheese, one soft taco with beef and cheese, one soft taco with beef lettuce cheese, two hard taco supremes and asked for mild sauce. Spent $31. I received one nacho bell grande, two nachos and cheese, one soft taco with beef and cheese, one hard taco with beef and cheese and two hard taco supremes. All hard tacos were broken.

Their new Ponada was overcooked and I thought that the filling was just like thick cream of chicken soup. I had the Ponada box meal. I asked for no sour cream on my burrito and gordita and extra cheese, but I got extra lettuce and tomato on my gordita, not cheese, and my burrito was also no sour cream and extra cheese. You guessed it right. A little bit of sour cream and no extra cheese, plus I had chips and nacho cheese sauce. Chips were stale and tasteless. No more of that store for me. People were nice, but inside wasn't very clean and kiosks screens were sticky and dirty. Not a good look.

Went at night to pick up a order, no one greeted me at the counter. Employees basically ignored me for 10 min. . Late personnel made me feel very unwelcome.

first off we went into the store and we stood there for like 5 mins ordering on the screen then they told us the lobby closed at 10 and said we couldn’t order inside so we went to the drive thru and ordered I said bean burrito add rice no beans and they still put the beans same for my friends order she said no beans they put beans. I mean if you don’t wanna do your job right get a new one. shouldn’t expect anything less from someone who works at Taco Bell in the first place.

I went thru the drive thru and purchased A combo crunchwrap and a hard shell taco. The cruchwrap looked as if they put the meat on with a butter knife it had mostly lettuce,you could hardly taste any meat and they asked if they could add extra meat for 50cents, I declined because I thought there would be meat on it at least a substantial amount to taste. Not so. The taco didnt even have a hand full of cheese,maybe sprinkle. The worst i have ever had at Taco bell.
