Reserved weeks in advance for Valentine's Day and left very disappointed. It took about 30 minutes just to take our order, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and the food arrived cold and underseasoned. We paid for the Valentine's prix-fixe package, but when we chose appetizers or desserts, we were repeatedly told they were already out of stock. It makes no sense to sell a set package but not have the items available while still charging full price. When we spoke to the manager, he said they were too busy. That's not an excuse, restaurants should prioritize quality over overbooking. Guests who reserve in advance for a special night deserve better. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
Service was rushed, the menu was scarce. The musician left as soon as we got there (One of the main reasons I booked the reservation) The food was cold and the steak was tough. We asked for a medium steak and it was a well done thin piece of steak. Definitely not ribeye!
I booked this restaurant through OpenTable and was disappointed from the start because there was no mention of a completely different menu for the evening. My wife is vegan, and the limited options made it frustrating for her right away. We arrived at 7:30 and were already told several starters were unavailable. Prices were far higher than normal, which felt excessive and opportunistic because it was Valentine's Day. Service was slow — we waited about 10–15 minutes before anyone even greeted us. Our waitress was very friendly and had a great personality, but she seemed overwhelmed with too many tables and rarely checked back on us. My wife ordered penne pasta, was asked specifically which pasta she wanted, and then received spaghetti instead. When we questioned it, the food runner immediately said they were out of penne, which should have been communicated before taking the order. The bread appetizer was also underwhelming — essentially a hard loaf with garlic butter and a small melting cup, not what was described and not worth the price. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and overpriced. I dine at fine restaurants often, but this felt more like price gouging than a special occasion meal.
Do not visit this so called restaurant ever. From the moment we stepped in it was a bad experience. We were rushed to only take an hour meal. Everything that came out of the kitchen was nasty, over cooked or cold. Our server was rude and forgetful. We weren't given correct information about the social menu for Valentine's Day. It was over crowded and we couldn't even enjoy conversation without yelling or being interrupted by someone. The saxophone player was the only good part about this place. Never go here!
Booked this place in December for Valentine's Day and couldn't wait to try them after reading the reviews. We had 7pm dinner reservations and was told we could only sit outside. Also, on the the website they state a dress code, when we walked in there was no dress code, people were wearing everything the website say not to. We tried the bread it was stale, and at 8:20 when we still didn't have our meals we just asked for the check to get out of there . Horrible, don't waste your time or money .
We went there for valentines dinner. We got a early reservation at 4:30. There were about 6 tables in the restaurant at the time as they opened at 4. We had to wait 24 minutes for a server to arrive at our table once we finally went to the manager. Then we ordered our special valentines day meal (menu attached below.) I ordered the lamb and my wife ordered the alfredo along with 2 alcoholic drinks. The drinks and food are the only reason they even scored a 3. The biggest issue came with the bill at the end. (Attached below.) Per the menu we were under the impression our meal would be about $100 for food and $30 for drinks. So $130 + tax + tip. The total was over $180 before tip. Come to find out the prices on the valentines menu weren't the actual price and the price was actually $72.50 per person regardless of price on the menu (my wife would have got the ribeye if we knew that.) They justified it by saying that separately if we ordered everything it would have been over $200 but we wouldn't have ordered all that anyways. Felt very taken and would have much preferred to spend that money elsewhere.
The appetizer and drinks were good but we weren't all that impressed with the entrees and dessert for the price they were. It was a good meal overall but wouldn't go back simply because we didn't feel it fit the high prices.
This was by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The menu pricing is completely misleading and not truthful. The menu listed $35 per person, and I specifically asked the waiter to confirm if it was $35 per person. He clearly said yes. However, when the bill came, we were charged $72 per person, plus an additional $35 automatic tip. Then, at the very end of the meal, the server informed us there was a minimum of $145, which was never communicated at the beginning. That information should have been clearly explained upfront — not after we had already ordered and eaten. When we asked for clarification, no one could explain where the $72 charge came from or why the pricing nearly doubled from what was advertised. I was disappointed and left feeling completely taken advantage of — especially on a holiday that's supposed to be about love and appreciation. I am not upset about paying $219 for two people if that's what I was expecting. But I had a party of five, and I ended up paying $500 because of charges that were never properly explained. On top of that, the food was not seasoned and nowhere near worth what we paid. Transparency matters. Communication matters. This experience lacked both. I will not be returning.
The cocktails and Christmas drink were awesome and started we had the fried burrata and spicy shrimp but we had to ask for bread to go with burratta which was flavorful . Only downside no paper menu had to look at menu on phone which was a bit annoying. For dinner we had shrimp scampi with extra garlic and was awesome. We also had create own pasta and had fettuccine with chicken and ala Rosa sauce was yummy and flavorful. For dessert we did tiramisu and Molten cake and mini dessert. The mini cheesecake was frozen but other two dessert was good. The Christmas these and music was great. But photographer taking pictures felt like we were in cruise but $20 for picture was too much.
Really enjoyed Yhanksgiving meal at Dolce Vita. Service was great and we had a nice mix at our table of traditional turkey plates and Italian apps and entrees. Calamari and bruschetta were delicious!

I visited for Thanksgiving with my family. We ordered fried calamari for appetizers, they were unseasoned and undercooked. For the entree we ordered the Turkey dinner with a Caesar salad , the lamb chop dinner with pumpkin soup and the pork chop dinner with a Caesar Salad. The turkey was dry and barely seasoned. The pork chops were burnt, drenched in an overwhelming sweet sauce and so tough you couldn't cut them with a knife. The lamb chops were good though! And the pumpkin soup was delicious! I was grateful that I didn't not have to cook on Thanksgiving but I probably would not eat here again because the food was overpriced and overall-not very tasty.
This Restaurant is Amazing. Everything was Great! Our Waiter Sergio was Fantastic. We'll definitely be going back.
Restaurant not conducive to larger tables, they put an extension on a booth so not able to speak to one another and we were only 9 people. Service was fine but the food was mediocre at best. Steak was practically raw and turkey should have been sliced not brought out in huge chunks. Flavor was fine but needed a steakknife to cut it. Several Appetizers were ordered for the table and portions were very small. We will not be back to dine here again.
Alberto (Amore) was a great server and made sure we had everything we needed and were well taken care of. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he was quick to say he didn't know but would find out! The fried burrata and eggplant were a little dark (we were warned they were having issues with the fryer) but still very tasty. I was charged for an upgrade to Ketel One when they didn't even have Ketel One and was given Tito's and we were unexpectedly charged a $10 split fee - lesson learned- check your bill and watch how you order. We look forward to returning to try other things on the menu!
Servers didn't really know the menu, asked if vegetable could be substituted for pasta and she didn't know which vegetables they had, asked what was in the house dressing due to an allergy and was told it's a house dressing multiple times with no concern about the Ingredients for the allergy, bug in wine
