Staff was friendly and was able to tell me about ingredients. I flew from Denver and drove from Daytona to try it… but the bun wasn’t alkaline. I got mock chicken and burro fries though, no way all those ingredients are alkaline. No way! Wonder what herbs are on them fries? I think there was black pepper in all the food. I wish they had an alkaline sauce, I was handed regular mustard with agave. And what’s up with the noodle dishes that aren’t alkaline either. Nonetheless, Sebians know the struggle. I hope one day to have a 100% alkaline spot for the people. A few try but don’t come close enough to keeping it ?. The seamoss and elderberry juice was on point and I was glad to see the agave pop.

Always a great experience when visiting.I finally got to try the Curry Mushrooms with Quinoa and it was a MATCH MADE in HEAVEN!!!I also got the Northside Chicken Sandwich that was a treat. It really does take the mock chicken up a notch.

I Love Your Food! I posted a Food Review Video on Facebook and YouTube! I'm a Vegan/Vegetarian and I went to your Restaurant for the first time today after hearing so many Wonderful reviews. The food was Great I had the Mock Chicken, Burro Fries, a side Green Salad, and a Pineapple, Mango, Strawberry smoothie! It was all so Fresh, Healthy, and Delicious! I'll be back to try your other Delicious items on the menu! Thank you for All you do for the Community to keep everyone Healthy!

Loved the chicken wrap made out of mushrooms. Came completely loaded with lots of vegetables and I love this sweet and tangy sauce.Sorry I ate it before the picture.Hope they get a better location other than the mall.

Wow, today I visited Tea Posh with no knowledge of their menu other than a few people recommending Tea Posh. I was so impressed with my smoothie which was no longer on the menu yet they still made it also ordered the chicken mock which was FANTASTIC. One of the best m also I’ve had in a long time.

I ordered seamoss from them on January 2,2022 it’s April and I have yet to receive my order . I have called and spoke to the owner back in February . She agreed to send me my order immediately. She apologized about a mixup with the website and promised I would receive it . I waited a couple weeks and called several times leaving messages with her staff . She has not returned my phone calls or shipped my seamoss . I’m starting to feel like I have been scammed out of my money . Which is unfortunate because I have done business with this company in the past with no issue . I’m not sure what’s going on but at this point I don’t trust it and I would like my money back . Update 4/14/2022 Great customer service . After making this review the owner contacted me directly to resolve my issue . I completely understand how things and people can fall into the cracks when you are busy . I’m grateful to the owner for going above an beyond to get my issue resolved . Not only did she issue a full refund she still shipped me the product . In world where excellence in service and conflict resolution skills are sadly not the norm she raised the bar . 10/10/10/10 insanely delicious- the fact that it's vegan is not even the best part. Crazy flavorful. Plenty of options. Friendly staff. This is an actual hidden gem. We tried the spaghetti, j*** pasta, Mac and cheese rolls, and Philly cheese steak. The kids LOVED every bite. Cannot recommend enough.

TeaPosh Naturals is one of my favorite places for vegan meals. The service was warm and welcoming. I often stop here for lunch, the mock chicken (fried oyester mushrooms) has an amazingly great taste. The food does take some time to prepare but rest assured that it is worth the wait.

I love that this restaurant is populating the Regency Mall food court. But 17 dollars for a burger; 10 for a smoothie?The mock chicken is tasty like fried oyster batter. The kale was over seasoned and undercooked.But 20-25 dollars with a drink for lunch per person? Come on.

The food is always great! But the wait time is ALWAYS ridiculous! This is my second trip out here and I have had to wait over 40 minutes each time I ordered. I will be looking for an alternative to my vegan meals. AND my burrow fries are always cold

Love this place! Food is always SoOooOo good ? hard to find right now though it’s in the mall inside of 1 Bridge Connect, but they are moving to the food court!! Soo good wherever it is ?

Went for lunch and they were closed. Googled them online, phone was disconnected. Found a second number which was a Google voice it rings a few times then disconnect. Google mapped to new location, it led me to the food court of regency mall. Wasn't going to walk the whole mall looking for them I just stopped by the food court for lunch. First mind was to go to tropical smoothie. Smh they need to be in too of updating their marketing.

1st time eating there the smoothies are great!!! the mock chicken wrap it was kinda good!!! but I will go back especially 4 they smoothies!!!

The only thing I like/respect about this business is that it’s black owned. Everything else I can live without.

We found this place accidently on our way to an appointment at UF Hospital; it's right down the road when you get off I95. I had a tuna salad wrap, my husband had the salmon wrap with everything. We both really loved our wraps. The variety of smoothies and teas is amazing. I had a blueberry smoothie and my husband had one of those ultra healthy smoothies. Both were great and made to order. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were far more people getting takeout for lunch hour than sit-downs. We sat in at a clean table and enjoyed the atmosphere. The walls are decorated with fantastic examples of African American art deco style. The bathrooms were clean and fresh, well stocked and well appointed visually. I would definitely recommend that anyone would enjoy a visit, vegan or not!
