I don't know how anyone can give this place a poor rating. If your a sauce person this is the spot. My son eats only chicken tenders and no sauce. I got all the sauces. There wasn't one I wanted to put down. Our new spot for him!
It's so wrong of people to leave a bad review not recommending a place due to bad delivery and not the actual food itself. My son new spot and he is chicken tenders king love your sauces!

Ordered on postmates. This is the most bland, tasteless chicken I have ever eaten. The sauces were also very generic and lacked flavor.

I ordered 3 sandwich meals (2 Nashville Hot and 1 regular) but received 3 orders of regular tenders. The fries were overcooked and the tenders were cold and had obviously been sitting for some time. We threw most of it in the garbage.

Ordered 20 tenders on a Wednesday night at 5:40. It is 7:15 and I still don’t have our order! We live across the street from Tender Shack in Bonita Springs. What the heck??

Craving for some steak for lunch. It's been a while since our last visit. The place was not crowded for a weekend so we were seated immediately. There are new items on the menu which was wonderful. Ordered the staple blooming onion and a couple of their lunch specials. Portion was plenty and are reasonably priced. Dishes were a bit salty for me (maybe it's just me), otherwise the food was good. Our server was great and always checking on us. Definitely will be back.

It taste like they served the box the chicken came in and seasoned it with whatever they swept up off the floor all while steam cooking the chicken in the dishwasher.

Worst experience we ever had, food was terrible, the sreaks were cold and mushy and had no taste whatsoever. The servise was poor, could never find our server, when complained he did nothing, did not take any of our plates when we were done, late with our food. We vow to never go back to that Outback or any other Outback for that matter.

Sure it’s a Friday night so we reserve a table for 10 at 6:30. We arrive and are told we have a 20 minute wait and are first on the wait list as they don’t take reservations. 20 minutes turns to 40 minutes. The restaurant was busy however after placing our orders and waiting over 45 minutes,, our server comes out to advise they have no sweet potatoes…and we said bring substitutes we are past ready to eat, just bring the food out. One guest sits and waits while we start eating, come to find out she asked the waitress for a fork but she was still waiting! The food was mediocre, my salmon was extremely dry and tasteless the sauce was the only good thing. One out of three salt shakers worked-so much moisture in them you couldn’t beat it out. Waitress was not attentive even as the restaurant cleared out and we were the last of the people there. We will not be going back to this Outback. It used to be such a wonderful place to go for celebrations but this celebration was ruined due to poor service and food, so very disappointed.
